Perfect house for our visit to Zion! Very clean and beautiful home, and close to stores, restaurants, and a fabulous little coffee shop at the end of the neighborhood! 25 minute very easy and scenic drive to Zion. Loved our stay, and the host is fabulous and very responsive!

This was a perfect home base for visiting Zion N.P. Such a simple drive. Check-in was simple. The fresh cinnamon roll was a nice surprise! Host was quick to respond when we had a slight hiccup. Beds were comfortable. Coffee shop in walking distance, quiet neighborhood, grocery store a block or two away, WM Super Center 10 minutes away. Was beautiful to sit on the back patio gazing at the mountain view. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for our family of 4. House was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Easy 25 minute drive to Zion. Grocery store nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This home is wonderful! It is very well-stocked, super clean and perfectly situated for our day trips to Zion. It had everything we needed and more. Particularly loved being able to sit on the back patio drinking coffee in the morning enjoying the view. Very comfy beds. Beautifully appointed. Easy to get to grocery store, coffee shop, gas station and more. I highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a great place to stay in this area. Will stay here again when we come back to Zion.

This is a very nicely equipped home in a great location to visit Zion. Everything you need is here in a nice quiet neighborhood. Be sure to get pizza at River Rock Roasting, right in town!

Great location for Zion National Park

Traveled to Zion National Park each day for our 3 day stay. The house was comfortable, quiet, clean, and located close to grocery store.

Convenient, affordable with all comforts of home

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was a short drive (25 min) to Zion National Park and was very comfortable and clean. There aren’t a ton of places in the immediate area to get food but check out River Rock Roasting company - the drive through coffee location was just down the street from the house so we went there each morning.

Great Home & Location

Home is perfectly located just below Zion National Park. Plenty of room, Immaculate and comfortable. Everything is supplied for a wonderful stay. We made breakfast in mornings, and BBQ’d as well. Would definitely recommend And hopefully return for another visit. Thanks Ashleigh!:)

The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and situated on a quiet residential street. We enjoyed the big screen TV, the BBQ and the outdoor gas firepit.

Clean spacious house close to the National Parks

This was the perfect house for our National Parks vacation. Within 30 minutes of Zion and two hours of Bryce and Grand Canyon. Self Check in was easy after flying in to Vegas. Perfect spot for anyone looking to explore Utah, Nevada and Arizona. Ashleigh is a great host who responds quickly to any issue or question you may have. Also, it is close to a good coffee shop and a couple of great restaurants in La Verkin and Hurricane.

Exactly as adverstised

The property is very clean and had everything we needed. It's located in a little subdivision a couple blocks from a grocery store and 20 minutes from the Zion entrance. We would stay there again.
