All the comforts of home. Short drive to Zion National Park. Many services and restaurants nearby. The property is surrounded by pecan trees and the nuts are delicious.

Was convenient to Zion and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. Jed communicated well, he was going to be out of town and provided other contact information. Enjoyed back patio. Would stay again.

This was a perfect house for myself, husband, brother, and nephew and his fiance to stay while we came together from different parts of the country to spend time together as well as visit Zion National Park and do some hiking.House had everything we needed, and we spent lots of quality time together preparing and eating meals, watching our baseball teams win playoff games on Saturday on the large screen TV, playing board games at the table in the evenings and we loved that were able to walk over to the hot springs one evening to soothe our muscle aches after a long day of hiking. And it was close to Zion National Park where we hiked the Narrows and the Scout Lookout trails as well as several other ones. Plus a couple local ones that Jed had listed in his wonderful house binder.Truly loved it.

This was perfect for our family. The fenced in backyard was great for our 2 year old granddaughter. The location was very convenient to Zion while being more reasonable than Springdale. Comfortable beds and a welcoming feel to the home.

The kitchen was amazingly equipped. Very convenient to Zion park. The beds were a little on the soft side for our comfort level. It was nice using the garage for the car too. All in all it was a very comfortably place to stay.

This is a fantastic house. Loved the close vacinity to the Zion Canyon Hot Springs and Zion. We greatly enjoyed our time here. We did struggle a bit with the tv, but finally figured it out. Thanks for a beautiful home.

This home away from home had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a terrific location. Our family enjoyed visiting small towns in the area when we weren’t hiking in Zion or soaking in the wonderful hot springs right around the corner. Highly recommend!

The house was lovely. Everything was clean. The kitchen had every appliance you could think of. The hosts left a notebook with places to eat near by and a list of hiking and biking trails. There were sufficient towels, blankets and pillows.

We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. Jed was always available to answer questions, and it was nice to have a home to come back to after playing out in Sand Hallow

Wonderful in every way

Perfect location, wonderful shaded yard, well taken care of, artfully decorated, extremely comfortable, and excellent and quick communications.This was absolutely a wonderful stay and if we are back in the area we would definitely book this again.

Great place to stay!

We (4 adults, 1 toddler) had a great stay when coming to the area for our vacation. The place was clean, tidy and felt right at home. Zion National Park was less than 30 minutes away and a direct shot from La Verkin.

Another great stay!

This is our 2nd time booking with Jed, and it didn’t disappoint again. The house was clean, it’s in a great location to food, sand hollow, etc.This won’t be our last stay either!

Amazing rental to stay in if you would like to explore southern Utah. Cozy house with comfortable beds and enough space for a large family. Full kitchen with all amenities and Laundry. Could not beat the location. 30 minutes from Zion. 2 1/2 hours from Valley of Fire State park Nevada and Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah. House is located between La Verkin and Hurricane, so had plenty of options on dinning out or groceries stores. Would highly recommend to anyone taking a trip to Utah.
