This clean white home is located next to Zion Canyon Hot Springs in LaVerkin, UT very close to all of the conveniences. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and furniture. The third bedroom has queen bed and furnishings. All bedrooms have furniture, closets, alarm clocks, sheets, pillows, blankets etc.
The second bathroom also has a full shower/bathtub.
The living room has clean new furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, coffeemaker, utensils and all of the other necessities.
We offer a garage with automatic opener to park your car and bikes.
The home has central heat/air for perfect comfort.
Enjoy our fresh peaches and pecans when in season. We love for you to eat as much as you like from our giant pioneer pecan trees and mature peach tree while relaxing in the shady back yard.
We know you'll love it here!

Great place to stay!

We (4 adults, 1 toddler) had a great stay when coming to the area for our vacation. The place was clean, tidy and felt right at home. Zion National Park was less than 30 minutes away and a direct shot from La Verkin.

We had a great time!

This was a great house, and we really enjoyed our vacation there. Our kids had plenty of space to play. The house is clean and well-equipped, and the area is very quiet and peaceful.

Clean, comfortable, easy Zion access

Everything was as described. Very clean. Bedding was comfortable. 25 minutes to Springdale and the Zion park entrance. Just be aware that the sprinklers will hit the side of the house and sound like someone is trying to break in at 6:30 in the morning! :-)

Absolutely charming.

Absolutely loved this place. It was so cute and welcoming when we drove up. The house was Bigger than it looks and very comfy. Adorable homey decor made it feel like home away from home. There was a book there that covered just about everything from great spots to hike, visit, eat. Where the local urgent care was and even the Dentist! Luckily we didn’t need those things but, great info. The pecan trees were yum, my girls loved watching the cows through the kitchen window and goats, horses and chickens through the back window! Only suggestion I would recommend is putting the sprinkler schedule in the welcome book. We had no idea when they would go off and once it went off while the BBQ was on and we were enjoying the summer evening in the backyard. Minor hiccup though all things considered. We loved our stay, and hope to vacation here again someday.

The house was perfect. We came for 4 days of hiking in Zion and Bryce Canyon. The location was perfect. The house was as listed and had everything we needed. Jeb answered all of my questions in a timely manner also. We will stay here again when we come back to hike again. Plus the town had some great places to eat

Perfect location, wonderful shaded yard, well taken care of, artfully decorated, extremely comfortable, and excellent and quick communications.This was absolutely a wonderful stay and if we are back in the area we would definitely book this again.

Great Shade

Jed was a great host and answered our chats in a timely manner. The property is convenient to Zion National Park and has the amenities of LaVerkin and Hurricane. Shade trees on the property kept things cool. Would stay again.

Wonderful Getaway

The house is spacious, clean, and had everything you needed for a week away. It is the perfect location, a block from the main road, with a wonderful restaurant across the main road. It was the perfect base for Zion and Bryce Canyon. Would definitely return, the owner was pleasant and helpful.

Very happy with my stay here.

Property was clean and neat. Very nice! Property manager was very communicative and answered my questions in a timely manner. They had everything we needed plus some to enjoy Zion. There was a garage for us to leave all our dirty gear. There were extra shelves in the garage that were empty for us to organize our gear. There was an extra clothes dryer for us to dry our gear while keeping the inside clothes dryer nice and free of sand. They have clearly put thought into the needs of the customer.

Nice stay at the farm

We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. It’s clean, spacious & has everything we need for a comfortable stay, the backyard sitting area was nice for us to enjoy the sunset & watching all the goats run around. The house is conveniently located to Zion national park.

Precisely as advertised

Plenty of space for our group of 5. Clean, carpeting seemed fairly new, beds comfortable. Easy drive to Zion NP which was our main reason for staying here.

A beautiful roomy house! Comfortable beds, great water pressure, gorgeous views. Very close to Zion and Bryce Canyon. We can’t wait to come back!
