Highly recommend this property! Great space for our group of 4 adults. Very clean and quite a few extra amenities. Appreciate the water in the refrigerator and well stocked pantry. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was spotless and nicely laid out. There were plenty of kitchen utensils . Could have used more mugs as we didn’t use the dishwasher every day. The patio was nice and quiet. I would book this property again!

Nice spacious home with comfortable furniture and soft bedding. Zion National Park was about 25 minutes away exactly as described.

This house was conveniently located to Springdale, giving us quick access to Zion National Park. We really didn't get to use the house except to sleep because we got in so late, but it would be perfect for a family. We were 3 adults and had plenty of room. The kitchen was completely stocked and well maintained. We did take advantage of the washing machine one night which was nice to have. I would definitely recommend this house to others if visiting the area.

Unfortunately when we arrived the internet was out. Because of that, the electronic keypad wasn't working so we couldn't get in. However, when we called the owner she came right over and provided us the garage door opener for us to get in with. Also, there was no TV. The owner was very apologetic and did what she could but the internet was not able to be repaired for 2 days. She was kind enough to offer a partial refund, but we did not insist on that. Other than that the house was great.

This was the perfect spot for us to stay while we explored Zion, Bryce and Kanab. Clean home, comfortable beds, extras for us to utilize (fan, coolers, playing cards/games, laundry.) Host Eileen was attentive and answered all the questions I asked. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Everything that you need for the visit is there. The kitchen had every utensil you need. The rooms were spacious and neat. It was great having access to a washer and dryer for the trip. Also nice to be able to use the garage.

This was a great place to stay if you go to visit Zion. It was only 30 minutes away and it’s close to a grocery store. It was very comfortable and homey.
