Paradise Island has a fascinating water view. This beautiful 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, pool home is close to Disney World. The home offers an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining and fully furnished! Enjoy your evenings in your swimming pool overlooking the small lake. Beautifully furnished bedrooms gives room for all. With a family room and a living room. Plus a game room for all to enjoy! This is an excellent vacation home for your family and friends. This is a Paradise Island home...

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees.
There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.

BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed
The minimum age required is 18.
Our office hours are 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.

Disney vacation

This house was pretty and was the perfect amount room for us. It just needed a little up up (carpeting needed to be shampooed). keep otherwise was a nice vacation.

Very nice house but lots of minor issues

The house itself was amazing. But there were lots of inconveniences. Remotes batteries were dead and washer didnt work, my husband actually had to mess with it a while. No brooms, dustpans, or mops to pick up any messes. Door handles broken. Sink leaked. Tvs wouldnt change channels. Just lots of little annoying things to pay attention to.

Needs remodel

Badly in need of update. Carpet filthy. Need chair height toilets. Need real lamps. Need real end tables in living room. Need new pots and pans. Dull knives are dangerous so get even a 10 dollar sharpener. Get Roku on big TV. Need more dishes. Silverware was the cheapest I've ever seen--made Ikea junk seem like prime. Install some type of hand rail in pool. Need real 12 cup coffee maker. Lower master king bed so dont need ladder. Shower curtain bar was broken. Never saw an older rusty drier. Would not rent again.

Needs minor touch ups but overall great rental

Was nervous when first pulled up. Outside needs few touch ups. Inside better. Needs updates. Screen on pool has tear. Every morning a bird stuck in there had to let out. But beautiful view and big house. Master bedroom mattress needs help. Overall. Great location great view lots of space. Just a little paint and a handyman will make it perfect. I just hate seeing signs posted in every room saying. Fee for stained towels. Don’t turn AC too low. Don’t do this. It’s all in booklet. Don’t need to hang signs everywhere. Just my pet peeve

Summer vacation

We arrived to a well presented villa, there were a few items made available, but a quick trip to Walmart and we were set. Through our stay we had 3 minor issues, the worst being a smoke detector bleeping, this would have been terrible to sleep through. At 20:30 I emailed the office by 22:00 the maintenance man arrived and replaced the unit. We certainly weren't expecting such a prompt response but were most grateful. The pool turned green and once again resolved by the following morning, as was a shower head., Respecting the property we didn't want to flood the bathroom. So overall, on the Administration side we couldn't fault anything and were most grateful. Overall the villa was well presented, it could do with a little refresh in places, but we might be picky! About 30 minutes from the parks school time/rush hour traffic can be heavy, but you get that everywhere.

Worse stay EVER/!!!

There was an extended over-flow of flies from trash being left for days outside in the front yard by the garage where we had to park, We had roaches and bugs were crawling in our beds. the house was Nasty and filty, need to replace furniture. The Rep at 7heaven didn't seem care they NEVER offered me a different house till i I checked out. the carpet is extra dirty and the towels were definitely soiled and dirty. Take it from me if they don't get their house cleaning department to do a better job and the pest control company there immediately this house will be taken off the rental list real soon..Please read the blogs before Booking.. DON'T make the same mistake I did and waste your money. I contacted BBB on this company that's just how horrible the cleaning was, not to mention hair was all over the floors in the bathroom. I spent $70 on cleaning supplies and fresh towels

The property is definitely beautiful but reative/prompt services and or response wasn't good.

I Was very impressed by the property but cleanliness was not its best feature. Multiple safety violations emergency lights we're not working, receptacle cover missing in the front bedroom whichis a fire hazard. Bed pushed up against receptacle without cover with exposed wires. Tile grout in bathroom and kitchen showing dirt and discolor in comparison to tiles with less traffic. Dirty mop, no cleaning material, had to go purchase new mop and cleaning material. Bathroom shower curtain was exterior decor curtain only. Looks to have molded stains needed to be cleaned. Holes in screen above exterior pool. Rusted kitchen utensils old chipped plates made it easy to get cut to fingers. Both bathrooms smell like urine, toilets needed to be scrubbed and saturated with bleach & soap in order to use bathrooms comfortably. Had to also purchase new batteries for remote to TV DVD player but I took them with me during my departure. Sent email with request to use barbecue grill request ignored. I am an expecting engineer for the financial institution PNC Bank corporate. Found many violations. Was a little embarrassed because I had my pastor and his wife along with close friends and family with me for this vacation experience. I haven't noticed my security deposit to be re-deposited it into my account and due to all of thee aboved mentioned experiences, I would request that it would be deposited. Thanks for your consideration. I would love to revisit this property or other properties similar to this one very soon. Again, thanks you for the experience, limited but an experience nonetheless sincerely yours.

Place bigger in person but aweful housekeeping

The home itself was great but I agree the carpet was filthy and while sleeping noticed the covers had a musty smell like they had not been cleaned. When I emailed my concern the reply I got back was to assure me that the linens are washed and if I had any other concerns they would send housekeeping. Needles to say thank god they had a washer and dryer I did it myself but I honestly did not even want to stay there after. Another detail the pool looks way bigger in the picture

The property was okay, needs some updating and repairs. Master bed was hard &awful! Had cockroaches.

It was our first time doing a rental and I must say that the pictures were MUCH better than the actual property. I emailed to report some issues and instead of them sending someone or trying to call and help solve the problem, they just said.."thank you for reporting that", meanwhile 2 rooms had no TV...doesn't make for a good vacation with 4 children who expect to have their own television.
