We loved our stay in this beautiful quaint little cottage. It was a perfect location for exploring the Cape and surrounding islands. The little group of cottages is so peaceful. Would absolutely book it again.

This property is at a great location on Cape Cod. The driving distance to everything we wanted to do and see was mostly the same every day. The cottage was clean and Scott was an amazing host.

My family and I loved this cottage. The location, walking distance to the ocean and a few blocks from Hyannisport made for an idyllic week. The decor is charming, recently renovated and we loved the large deck. The surrounding cottages were quaint, and eve though they're close by, neighbors were friendly and it never was loud. We had outdoor meals listening young kids riding bikes and summer birds. Scott, the manager was wonderful.

Scott’s property was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. I appreciated the prompt response to any questions I had. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans. It was just a short walk to the beach, which was beautiful and full of seashells. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful trip to cape cod and the cottage was exactly as advertised. So cute, clean and an easy. Scott was a delight to work with and very accommodating. We Would definitely return!

Great Vacation Cottage

His cottage is exactly as advertised and was perfect for my wife and grandson. Just a short walk down to the beach and a short drive to all the great restaurants and things to do in Hyannis. The property manager Scott was very helpful and responsive.

Fabulous location near beaches and convenient roads that are not too busy. The unit is charming, well decorated and reasonably appointed with great outdoor space. Only the kitchen was a titch small but extremely livable for a week. Quiet property offering peace and access at the same time. Definitely recommended!

Comfortable cabin near the beach

We enjoyed several nights at this peaceful and cozy cabin. We found the furnishings very comfortable and appreciated the outdoor living space. A short walk takes you to the beach. Shirley and Bob were gracious and helpful hosts.

Wonderful place

Well placed location and the house was exceptionally clean. We all liked how it was decorated. Scott, the property manager was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Cute cottage close to the sea

This cottage is perfect and so cute. Close to the beach, lovely neighborhood, quite and peaceful. Bob and Shirly are attentive hosts. Property had everything we needed. Check in and out was a breeze. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful cottage!

The cottage has a lot of charm and character. We found it simply wonderful! The location is perfect to explore Cape Cod and it is very quiet. It was super clean and has everything you need. It was even possible to use beach chairs and beach towels. Shirley and Bob are very lovely and helpful people. We would stay here everytime again.

Summer trip to Cape Cod

It was our second year in a row to beautiful Cape Cod and we loved it! The whole family enjoyed this wonderful spacious home that fully met our expectations. This home offered great accomodations overall for a family of 4, location was great; the central air conditioning was very much appreciated in the hot climate of July, cooking was easy with the great appliances, sitting out on the porch admiring the view was awesome and Shirely and Bob were great as well. Highly recommend this home and thank you!

Wish our vacation was longer!

Our family loved everything about our stay. The cottage was in a quiet location but close enough to downtown Hyannis, so we were only minutes away from restaurants and shops.Scott was a fantastic host, offering great tips and local recommendations.The cottage is dog-friendly, and Scott even provided furniture covers so our pup could nap in a comfy spot.Linens and towels, including beach towels, were included, and we appreciated having a washer/dryer in the cottage. We spent as much time as possible on the deck and loved being within walking distance of the beach. So grateful that Scott had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys available to borrow, too.Our family definitely recommends this property as an option for your vacation on the Cape!

Outstanding from start to finish. Scott the property manager was absolutely fantastic. He answered any and all questions promptly prior to our arrival. He was super friendly upon our arrival & provided us with details about the house and the sights to see. The property was lovely. Very well decorated and well maintained. Beautiful hydrangeas surrounding the deck which made it so relaxing & tranquil. The house has everything you need. So close to multiple beaches. Craigville Beach is 7 minutes away & beautiful. It was such a wonderful vacation spot. Having our dog with us was also a wonderful addition. Highly recommended to all & we will certainly be back!

Cute cottage perfect for family

My husband and I stayed in cottage #16 with our two teenage daughters. The cottage and the outside areas were all very clean and well kept. This cottage has central air, which was very welcoming after a long day at the beach or walking in town. The outdoor shower was also great after being at the beach. Beds were very comfy and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The washer/dryer also came in very handy. Main Street and all its restaurants and shops was only about a 25 minute walk. Parking in town was tough, so we opted to walk most of the time. The beach was a short 5 minute walk from the front door and our girls loved heading down to sit by the water each night. The small path does come out right onto the road, so if you have pre teens or littles ones I would recommend an adult accompany them at least to get across that. The small private beach is not groomed, but that left plenty of shells and rocks to find. Just past the smaller beach is Keyes beach which was well groomed and not too busy most of the time we were there. The water is pretty calm and would be perfect for smaller children. Our girls enjoyed the bigger beaches in the national sea shore for using their boogie boards and swimming. Overall a great stay! Would definitely book again.

Great getaway spot

My boyfriend and I went up for a long weekend. The house was perfect, it was very comfortable and clean. The shower had good pressure, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. The washer/dryer was a bonus. Check-in was easy. The nearby beach was quaint and walkable. Very easy to get into town as well.
