Was an absolute pleasure to stay here, beautifully furnished and so close to everything. Would definitely stay again, enjoyed relaxing on the front porch watching the world go by and the bed was so comfortable. Added unexpected touch was the greeting card and bottle of wine waiting for us when we checked in. Thank you so much.

As all reviews, the location was exceptional. Coming from Montana, where it is silence, it was a bit noisy with local utilities - and a Friday night when there seems to be a local descent on the area. All that said, we enjoyed the location and would stay there again.

The place was clean and cozy, had very comfortable bedding, ( one of my favorite things after a long day of sightseeing), is central to everything to do in downtown St Augustine. The hosts were very nice, extra amenities everywhere including make up removal cloths! I appreciate the extra thoughtfulness of things like that! I would highly recommend this listing, priced very reasonable as well. Overall we had a very good time, wonderful stay, and we will be coming back next year.

Wow! Location, location, location! The place was easy to access, clean, comfy bed and the wine waiting on entry was a nice touch. We will be back!

Everything was as expected. The location was within walking distance of everything we want d to do and see. Greg was quick to respond to questions. A great place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay here! The house was perfectly located in downtown St. Augustine, so we were able to walk to restaurants and shops multiple times a day. We also drove to the beach daily, so we did have to make the walk to retrieve the car (about a 10 minute walk) each time we did that. The unit was very spacious for a one bedroom place, and we appreciated the keyless entry. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great place to stay. Super convenient to the historic area. Property comes with a parking pass which is nice! Owner is very quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay there again

The parking was a garage nearby that was a beautiful walk. Everything was amazing and in the best location close to everything. High recommend!!!

I stayed in the ground floor apartment with my wife and son and it was fantastic. Perfect location near shops, restaurants and attractions yet nice and quiet at night when we slept. We walked everywhere easily and had a wonderful time. I chose it because of the low price but will return because of the location and comfort. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in St. Augustine.
