Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker with coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This second-floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Great place to stay in Saint Augustine

Great little place in PERFECT Location

My husband and I flew in to see friends and spend a few days with them. This place has 2 twin beds that we did not use but instead we used the room with queen bed. Bathroom was in our room, but also has door into kitchen. Kitchen is a little small, but perfect for everything we needed. Very clean, and very comfortable. Location is key. We literally walked to everything. Would stay again.

Great location in St Augustine

So many windows made it super light and delightful. Perfect location: close enough to where you want to be but very quiet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great 3 days in St Augustine

Overall stay was great. Hosts were excellent at communication with us, instructions were clear and to the point. I only wish they told us in advance that there is a railroad very close to the apartments. Not a big deal at all, but I woke up in the middle of the night from a strange low frequency noise and the building had very - very little vibration ; really- very insignificantly; but because we did not know what was that- it was scary- who knows what might be- hurricane, tornado- you know - town is by the ocean… It took some time to figure that might have been a train. But, come on - it was 1:30 AM… Also, AC unit is right under the window and it is noizy, but - again- bearable, just starts unexpectedly and it is heard very well inside the house; walls are probably not insulated much or at all. A simple note to expect something like that would be great. Again- not disturbing at all if you know what is to be expected. The n-hood is great, very close to the Historic district. Very clean apartment with 2 parking slots. All was great overall. Unfortunately, one of us was very sensitive to unexpected noise and we needed to leave one day early, but the host said they cannot reimburse one last day that we did not spend there.

Home Away from Home

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it’s wonderful. The space is very clean and cozy and safe. I love he location too. So many wonderful places to go in walking distance. When I come to St. Augustine, this is the place I will stay.

Great Place

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Close to all the downtown areas so left car parked at the apartment and walked downtown. Great experience.

Quaint and Amazing Location

This was the perfect stay for 3 days in St. Augustine! The proximity to historic downtown amazing. We walked in for dinner in the evening (10 minutes for us), and rode our bikes for daytime adventures. Communication and ease of entry was perfect. Very clean, and perfectly appointed with up to date furnishings. Parking was easy! We felt safe at all times. We will definitely book again in the future.

Great apartment!

The apartment was sparkling clean when we arrived and check-in was a snap. We had everything we needed, it was quiet and we (2 older ladies) felt very safe. It's in a perfect spot, with an easy walk to the historic district. Kirsten was a joy the 2 times I called her, I will definitely stay here again! to walk to

Love this cute place!

This place was perfect for our stay! It was very basic but super clean! It was walkable to everywhere! We did not have to use our car one time which was super nice! We enjoyed our stay! It was very well maintained and I would recommend to anyone looking for a simple place in a clean neighborhood where you can walk to places!

The perfect location!!!

We were visiting the area from Savannah for a music festival and property was minutes from the venue by foot. It is a beautiful, historic building, full of charm and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again, as St. Augustine is one of our favorite places. The location could not be more perfect! Thank you for an exceptional stay. We will be back!!!

Quaint lil apartment

This property was super clean, well maintained and so cute…this was not a room this was equivalent to a 2 bedroom apartment. It was super comfortable & so close to everything you can imagine. The owner of the property was quick to respond & very nice

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property in St. Augustine, and I can't say enough great things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the unit was meticulously maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable; everything was spotless and well-organized. One of the first things I noticed was the freshness of the towels. They were not only soft and luxurious but also smelled incredibly fresh, adding an extra touch of comfort to my stay. We truly felt like it was home. The owner of the property was exceptionally accommodating and kind. She made herself easily accessible and went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed. Her prompt and friendly responses, and her willingness to understand our individual travel circumstances, made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay in St. Augustine. We will definitely be coming back!
