1880 Victorian In Heart Of Downtown

Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated second floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options. Free onsite parking is provided next to the house!

Perfect location. Stayed 3 nites and didn't move the car, used the old town trolley one day and walked the rest. Great sites, restaurants, and overall vibe. Would stay again and will recommend to friends!Thanks Greg!

What a great place to stay while visiting St. Augustine. Because of the proximity to downtown we were able to park the car for the time we were there and walk everywhere. The apartment is very roomy and offers balconies, a full kitchen, 2 TVs, large bedroom and bathroom. Recommend to anyone who wants to be comfortable and close to history.

Your home exceeded our expectations! One of our favorite things was sitting on the private front balcony with coffee in the morning before heading out for the day. The location was perfect for us because we could walk just about everywhere we wanted to go.Later in the afternoon, we would come back, sit on the balcony with a glass of wine, relax for a little while, and then head back out for the evening.The bed was very comfortable, and after spending the day walking and exploring, we slept great every night. It really felt like the perfect home base for our trip.We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to come back again.

We loved the Victorian apartment. It was clean, quiet and very convenient to everything. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and wine in the evening to complete the day. I would not hesitate to stay here again! Loved it!

When your accommodation is up front and central in this beautiful town then it has to be exceptional. This place just made a two night trip to St Augustine so special for us . Character aplenty and totally fitting if the historic old town. Amazing just how central it was to absolutely everything. Wouldn’t hesitate in putting this top of the list for a future visit - parking just added to the reasons to come again .Wonderful place to explore St Augustine at your leisure. Thanks for such a lovely place to spend our 27th wedding anniversary.

The place is perfectly located for sure. The apartment is fantastic. It has a back deck to relax on as well as rockers in the front. The place is spotless. This was my third time back and not my last.

Very nice apartment. Could not ask for a better location. The place was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. We also really liked the artwork on the walls. There’s a deck and a porch which were also just lovely. We were able to sit on the front porch and listen to the music coming from the wine bar across the street. We were very grateful to have a parking space that came with the apartment.
