This is a great property, perfect for couples and romantic getaways. Perfectly located in the historic district of St. Augustine. Very nicely decorated and furnished. Beautiful views and a comfortable bed. I plan on staying there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was incredibly clean, very well maintained and perfectly located right in the middle of everything. Definitely a great value, would love to stay again soon.

Great stay. Lovely spot. This was the destination for a wedding proposal and it went splendidly. Even with the tropical storm weather and the key card for the garage not working the host was an amazing help getting the access key working. We appreciate the cleanliness, location, and easy communication.

Everything was as the website said! The only thing that was unexpected was the parking situation! You have to park about 4 blocks away from where you stay! It was a rainy weekend, so incredibly inconvenient to get to the car!

The location was great. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The bed was really comfortable. Unfortunately, when we arrived there wasn't a parking pass for us to use to park for free at the parking garage nearby. It ended up being a massive headache to find and pay for parking near the apartment. The host did partially refund what we paid out of pocket for parking.

A perfect spot for experiencing downtown St. Augustine. The 3rd floor layout is lovely and well equipped, the bed is cozy, and the location is fantastic. Recommend!

Great stay! Cozy, clean, comfortable little apartment. Location was unbelievable, just a short walk to almost everything in the historic district. Host was responsive; instructions for check in and checkout were very clear. Can’t wait to book this gem again!

The host was easy to communicate with and was very helpful in making sure we were able to enjoy our time there. The shopping in the historic district was so easy to walk through and the beach and mall shopping was perfect.

This was the cutest possible place we could have stayed for our 4 year anniversary. Cooking steaks and drinking wine on the balcony was beautiful.

This place is absolutely amazing. Such a charming house with history and an incredible location! Once we parked our car we walked everywhere. We loved the porch with the rocking chairs and the patio overlooking the street. Definitely the most comfortable bed and couch we’ve ever had at an VRBO. We are already planning our next trip back!
