Beautifully furnished large, 2nd floor, 1 bedroom condo. Features 825 square feet of living space, with a full size kitchen. The unit has ceramic tile throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the pool with views of The Gulf of Mexico.
The Condo will be completely KEYLESS. This makes is easy for check-in and check-out. No hassles of collecting keys and touch-less.

The gated community with its private fitness center, club house and pools is walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Minutes by car to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn water park, fishing, golfing, The Pleasure Pier, convention centers and the Historic Strand District. The calendar is up to date and accurate. Beautiful condo and property

I adore this condo. The decor is just perfect. Short walk to the beach, conveniently located to shopping and dining, quiet and peaceful grounds. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This place was like home! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It’s the perfect location on the sea wall right across from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

This is the best place we have stayed with our 3 children 7,5,1. They loved both pools easy access to beaches. The condo was perfect. Super clean. Everything you could want and more. We will definitely be back

Great Condo!

This condo is beautifully appointed, clean and has everything you need for a great stay at the beach. The owners have plenty of extras for their guests use including beach towels and chairs, board games, books, movies and a kitchen full of everything you would need if you plan to eat in. We would stay here again!

Great Condo

This was one of the nicer condos we have stayed at. Very clean, good location. Pools were clean and nice. Lots of good places to eat. Recommend Jimmy's On The Pier. The office was tricky to find at first but the check in process was very quick.

Wonderful

This property is a perfect location. It had EVERYTHING needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked well. There is even a mattress located in the large closet to use on the pull out couch. Nice and quite with a great view. The pool and grounds are perfectly kept. We will most definitely be staying here again!!

Weekend Getaway

My boyfriend and I booked the condo because of its location. The property owners are the kindest people and were so easy to talk with. This condo far exceeded our expectations. It has literally everything you could need and is right next to Walmart for quick trips. It was extremely clean and was easy to find. We’ll be back!

Very impressed

The condo was a good size for my husband and I. It is nicely decorated, extremely clean and well taken care of. The king size bed is very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the large deck sitting on the big, comfy blue chairs that were high enough to allow us to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Great location next to Walmart, and far enough from the busy road.

This property was excellent. We booked due to the other reviews and it lived up to our expectations. Location is great, the seawall is literally less than a 5 minute walk from leaving the door to getting in the ocean. WalMart is right across the street so you can get groceries and anything else you forgot to bring. The amenities onsite were good with 2 pools and a jacuzzi and a fitness center. The property itself was excellent. The hosts were really responsive when we had some questions before arrival. The property is really well stocked to where you have everything you need to enjoy you vacation even if you forgot something. From multiple charging points for your electronics and spare charging cables, a fully stocked kitchen and multiple appliances, full sized washer/dryer... They really make sure the guests have everything they need. My kiddo enjoyed the gaming system that was available as well. The balcony overlooks the pool and has chairs as a small table to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great condo!!!

I was born and raised in Galveston, but live in the Austin area. My husband and I decided to take our 21 month old son to Galveston for Mother's Day weekend. With Galveston being my hometown, I knew which areas of the island I wanted to stay. The location of this condo is great. It is convenient, with just a few minutes drive to just about anything (shops, restaurants, etc;). Also, it is on the seawall, so a quick walk across the street to get to the beach. The condo itself was very open and airy, especially the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The bedroom wasn't quite as spacious, but the comfy king bed (with the softest bed linens EVER!) and huge closet easily made up for that. The patio was the perfect size. We really enjoyed the view of the pool and the gulf. There was a constant breeze which was nice. I am pretty picky when it comes to rentals and I can honestly say, that this condo was super clean and decorated nicely. I loved the beachy, chic decor. The only suggestion I have, is for the owners to invest in some wine glasses. :) All in all though, I would not hesitate to stay there again. Great condo!!!!

We have been visiting Galveston Island our whole lives. We live in one of the Houston area communities that allows us to continue our get-away visits to the Island.

We enjoy the west end of the Seawall and wanted a roomy one bedroom condo. We were attracted to the Dawn because it is a community with great amenities, (2 pools, workout room wi-fi, and gated security) and impeccably clean grounds and common areas. Add the ocean view, Beach access, and what more could we ask for?
