You cannot find a better host than Ivana. She truly cares for her guests experience. This is the 3rd time we've rented one of her properties and will again and again :)The property is clean and comfortable. Across the street from the beach. A must visit.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was well kept and ready for the stay. The communication between the host and myself was easy and timely. Had a bit of a hiccup but he handled it beautifully and in the most timely manner. The floor is a bit uneven and some rust on the outside hardware but it’s to be expected, ITS GALVESTON, full of moisture and salt in the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this stay but please do be aware that there is an additional parking fee of 40 for a 3 day stay that must be handled with the office. Great views and beautiful amenities.

We had a great stay at this condo! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The property was well-maintained, and the pools were especially nice and fun for the family. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made for a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay.

It was nice and just like the pics. There were some needed repairs but they were very minor like a loose floor tile and we could not get the sofa bed to come out. The A/C worked really good. The beds and pillows were very comfy. They had lots of extra bath towels, blankets, and pool towels. Overall great. There was a nice big pool right around the corner.

Very nice, simple and clean.. just FYI its on the third floor lots of stairs. Be mindful of that when renting! But besides that beautiful home

It does state on the description that the property is on the 3rd floor. Keep in mind it's outside access apartments and you have to carry your luggage up (no elevators). The patio door lock would not lock, we contacted the owner and put a camping chair in the door to lock it. Other than that, the beds were comfy and the place was clean. Good water pressure and the washer/dryer was a plus.

This is the fifth condo we’ve rented at The Dawn condominiums & by far the least favorite. It smaller than depicted, not clean, not well maintained. Rust, rotted wood, loose floors, cracks in walls, etc. We actually wound up renting a house to avoid staying here on our vacation. The listing in no way accurately depicts the actual unit, & for the same cost or less, there are tons of other super clean comfortable options! So renter beware!

Great stay

We had a great time staying here, the Condo was clean and as pictured, good communication with the owner, and a great spot on the beach. The pool and hottub were nice also, We will be booking the place again in the future!

Great place to stay

I’ve traveled and stayed at a few places in Galveston. This was one of my favorites.
