Walk to the beach directly across the street. Unwind and fall in love with this newly updated, peaceful, comfortable living space. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished for your comfort. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry are fully equipped with everything you need for your convenience. The master bedroom has a new king size bed with plenty of quality linens and towels provided. For additional guests, there's a queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living space and an extra twin rollout bed is available. The Condo has great WIFI, a large smart TV with Roku, YouTube TV premium cable channels, live stream, sports & movies, Netflix and Prime.
Your new "home away from home." Ideal for a couple's romantic retreat, a fun getaway or family vacation.

The Dawn condominiums offer two beautiful pools (one heated), hot tub, fitness center and outdoor grills. Convenient parking in a gated community located close to shopping, restaurants, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, the Strand, the historical district and many other popular amenities for you to enjoy all that Galveston has to offer.

This condo unit is on the second floor with a spectacular view, however please note that there is a flight of stairs to get into the unit and no elevators available.

Check-out: 11 am

Guests receive a personalized entry code for self check-in, sent 1 day prior to arrival date.

There is a one time parking fee of $40 (1-3 nights, $50 (3+ nights) which is good for your entire stay, required at check-in.

I have travelled to Galveston many times and I think this may have been my favorite condo ever to stay at. The views of the beach from both the living room and the bedroom were mesmerizing. The condo felt spacious. The grounds were well kept. And the location was close to all the activities we wanted to check out including Moody gardens and shopping. I would love to stay at this property again and was sad to leave when it was time to go home.

My husband and I had such an amazing 4th of July weekend, thank you so much for a perfect experience! The check in was extremely easy, the office staff was very kind, especially Deon, she had a bunch of recommendations. The condo was fabulous! Not one touch was missed…the decor was so nice and thoughtfully put together. The bed was super comfy and there were more than enough towels, blankets and extra pillows, etc. The beach could not have been closer, and the view from the patio and bedroom was fantastic! The owners were so responsive through the entire process! Thanks again, we will be back again very soon!

The property was beautiful and the condo was very clean, which is so appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was soft and luxurious. We had a clear view of the beach and enjoyed the sunsets every evening. We did have to purchase laundry detergent even though the condo was described as provided, but honestly it was no big deal.

My Granddaughter loved seeing the waves from the balcony.

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was perfect for the 2 of us and right across from the beach made it even better. We plan on coming back. We have shared with several of our friends where we stayed and they are very interested in booking that same condo. Thank you for a great weekend stay!
