For as many times as we travel to the island, bottom floor units tend to have small roaches, insects ect, pretty much inevitable. But not here. Cozy unit, great lenai facing the pool. The property is going through fixing the pathways and only 1 day did we have to enter through the back which wasn't an issue at all. Denise and David were so accommodating and made the trip less stressful especially with kids and teens. Thank you both,

Our stay in Maui was great. The place we stayed was clean and spacious enough for four people. The property featured a large pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and outdoor grills. The grounds were well maintained and cared for daily. There was also easy beach access directly across the street. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

The unit was perfect for our family of four. It was clean and cool (temperature wise); and it had everything we needed to really rest and be prepared for each day on the beautiful island of Maui!

Great resort

Second time staying in this unit. Great little spot away from the business.

Comfortable unit with all you need for a quiet stay in Kihei. Property grounds are well managed. Nice pool, tennic courts, and common area.

Great Maui condo

Beautiful grounds and lanai! We loved playing pickle ball and ping pong. Pool is great too.

Great Stay

We absolutely loved our stay! Great condo for a great price, great communication. It had everything needed for a vacation in Maui:) The complex was great (although you can hear people from upstairs) , great pool , bbq area, plenty of parking, kids enjoyed tennis and ping pong. Close to so many beaches and grocery stores. We love to stay again!

Great condo!

We really enjoyed the condo. The property was very clean and we appreciated the close proximity to the pool. The condo and all the amenities we could need. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept great after a long day of exploring the island. We’d stay near again in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying at this property for our vacation to Maui. Our family was so happy to be back to the island & relieved that this condo was available. We love staying here! All the amenities that a family could need were here! Mahalo!

Wonderful stay.

We stayed here over the holidays and it was wonderful. The condo was clean, organized and had everything you need for a beach vacay. Nice big beach towels, wagons, chairs, swim/beach toys.Location is close to restaurants and public transit. The outdoor grounds is tidy and the pool is excellent! We would return again! Host were easy to communicate with before, during and even after our stay! 10/10

Great Place

We loved staying here. Very nice grounds, quiet location. Good size for 2 couples. Pool and tennis in complex. We cooked a lot for ourselves, including a large Thanksgiving meal with no issues. The kitchen is really well stocked. The hosts were very responsive, and we had no problems. Highly recommend it.

Clean, excellent location and great owners!

We had the best stay in 2C! Everyday was better than the next. The pool is steps away from the lanai... and it is a huge pool with a relaxing hot tub :) There is beach access across the street too! We rented a car and drove to multiple beaches, Lahaina and the aquarium just to mention a few. I would recommend this rental to anyone and we would love to come back!

Pretty perfect

The property was immaculate, and had everything we could have needed. Anytime I said to my wife, “I wish it had this.” She would reply “it’s just over there or in there”. The pool was great and it was located close to nice beaches and everything we could have needed.

Great stay!

The condo was amazing and accommodated our family of 4 very comfortably. It was equipped with everything you could think of for beach play and day trips as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Best we have stayed at so far. Right across from the pool which was a favorite for our 8 year old daughter. The only downfall was the weather, it was very humid and the only escape was the pool. Although the condo had several fans in each room, it did not help to much. Mahalo David and Denise for sharing your beach home with us!

Enjoyed our stay in KOA 2C

We enjoyed our stay in KOA. The home was clean and very close to the pool, parking lot and recreation area. Also a short walk to the beach access. The owners were great at responding to our questions. A very cute home!! They provided plenty of fans and have ceiling fans to keep us cool enough. We were also hardly inside the home because the location was conveniently located in Kehei and not too far from places like Lahaina, Wailea, airport and the start of road to Hana. Thank you for sharing you home with us!!! We would recommend this property.

DAVE WAS ALWAYS IN CONTACT WITH ME. VERY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS GOT BACK TO ME ASAP. NO BUGS. CLEAN. UPDATED. GREAT POOL AND SPA, GROUND ARE WELL MAINTAINED, YOU CAN'T AND WILL NOT GO WRONG IF YOU STAY HERE, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IN MAUI.....MAHALO
