My family and I come to Big Bear 3-6 times yearly between winter and summer months and we have rented a lot of properties over the last 20 years. While the location was great, the house itself was a bit outdated with a few of the kitchen amenities like the dishwasher and trash compactor not working properly. My biggest disappointment was the misleading advertising of the property that claimed to have central air only to find out that it had a wall unit upstairs and no ac downstairs where all of the bedrooms were located. Normally fans may have worked ok, but considering that we are in the middle of summer and a heatwave trying to sleep using fans to circulate hot air conditioning was less than ideal. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this property knowing that there are plenty of other options to choose from.

Nice home and location

We really loved our stay for the weekend. The home has a great set up and was clean and renovated. We enjoyed the pool table most of all so Yay for having it!

Location is such an important factor in booking a property, glad you booked one in a perfect spot. We apologize that the home was not cleaned properly before. This is not what we like to hear from our tenants, and not up to our standards. We will make note of the home not being properly cleaned and address it right away with our cleaning staff.
