Wonderful Family Vacation

We truly loved our stay at “All Decked Out”! The house was beautiful and accommodated our family of eight perfectly. It was close to shops, restaurants and the pool. The property management company was very accessible and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend this place for any family deciding to stay in Seacrest!

Amazing Vacation!

There is no better place than Rosemary beach area for a family vacation. The house was awesome and host very responsive to any questions. We rented bikes and rode everywhere! Beach was top notch and lots of great food options!

Just not for us

This is our groups 7th stay in Seacrest Beach. We have rented a different home each year. For 13 people, I would say the space is a little tight. The common area on the second floor is very small and not accommodating. The bunk room is for smaller children, barely any moving around room. The top deck was not used much during our stay, sadly. The trees block any type of breeze. It's a bummer cause we love hanging on the top deck at night, just wasn't able to at this home. Would definitely be a well-used space in the winter. There are many stairs which is common for most homes in Seacrest. The kitchen is well stocked. The cleanliness of the home was the worst part honestly. Couches were stained. We also saw many roaches during our stay. The home itself was beautifully decorated, just not a place we would ever rent again due to cleanliness. We did have a few issues and the owners are very responsive and friendly.

Fantastic Spot

This our 5th year coming to the area and this has been our favorite place we’ve stayed. The location is perfect and close to the pool and the tram stop for the beach. We had 6 adults and 6 children and every bedroom is great, has its own bathroom, and very comfortable beds. The upstairs deck is an awesome hangout in the evenings and easy to connect and control the Sonos sound system. We had one small issue while we were there and the host had a maintenance person out in less than 20 minutes to complete the repair. I highly recommend this spot and we’re already looking forward to coming back next summer.

A perfect home and location

We loved this home - it fit our needs perfectly and was exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for our family of 8 to be together and also for some quiet time! Our grill masters loved the availability of the gas grills and the green egg. We definitely would love to stay here at again on our next visit to Seacrest Beach.

Great time at SeaCrest

House was outstanding! Where do I start? Top floor deck is great place to be anytime. Tv and fans are perfect there. Beds comfy and nice, bathrooms beautiful and clean, ice makers in addition to great fridge made packing the provided coolers super easy when headed to pool or beach. We had a fabulous time!

Family vacation

We had an amazing time at this lovely house. We had three families and the house still felt very spacious. The details and decorations of the home make it very inviting. The top deck is an awesome place to relax and there is plenty of seating for a large group to eat outside. The home is perfectly located (very close to the pool and within walking distance to shops and restaurants). Todd, the owner, does a great job of providing recommendations and making sure that your stay is enjoyable. This was our first time to 30A and we are already looking forward to returning.

All decked out!

This home is amazing for your vacation stay. Loved the decks on all 3 levels. The large covered top deck is perfect for cooking out, watching movies or relaxing in this comfy setting, and catching the cool sea breeze. Home location is just steps away from the over sized resort pool and bar. Will definitely book this beautiful home again soon.

Perfect location, room for all!

We rented this house with 4 kids and 4 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone to spend time together in a group or spread out into different levels. The breeze on the decks and shade in the back yard were welcome in the hot weather. The proximity to both the pool and walking to the shops/restaurants in town cannot be beat. Will definitely rent again!

Wonderful Seacrest Home for Families and Entertaining !

We have visited Seacrest and 30A many times and this home was by far the best we have visited ! The communication from the time we made the reservation to the check-in process was proactive and seamless and the home itself felt like "home". The space and amenities were even better than we expected - the furnishings were amazing and the views from the deck and porches were glorious. The location was perfect and we had plenty of visitors over during our stay who each couldn't get over the top deck and the "classy comfort" that the home had throughout. The process and the stay at this home really made our vacation and we will absolutely look to stay here again as soon as we can. The homeowners made us feel welcome throughout and provided so many special touches to this home. We loved it !

Amazing House in Seacrest

Amazing/beautiful property! We had a great time over spring break! Well appointed kitchen and comfy beds. Property owner is super attentive though we didn’t have any issues. So many outdoor areas to relax and the upper deck was amazing. All 4 teenagers had a blast too!

Family Beach Week

We had a great family trip at this property. Everything was as described. The house was very well equipped. It has a great layout and great indoor and outdoor living spaces. Having grills on main living area as well as the upper deck is very nice. The deck outside is definitely a great feature. Would love to go back in Fall or Spring to enjoy it even more!

Best House in Seacrest!

We have been staying at different homes in Seacrest for the past 10 years and this home is above all THE BEST! Beautiful home, kitchen stocked so well beyond what you would expect, the top deck is incredible, the whole house is furnished and decorated amazing, the owner was so great with communication from the moment we booked it. The house is in tip top shape you can tell the owners take great pride in their property it is perfect!!! Worked so well as far as the layout, 3 floors gives families their space but has a great open kitchen living area with plenty of seating for EVERYONE!

The Perfect House

We absolutely loved All Decked Out! We’ve been visiting Seacrest for years and have always wanted to stay in this house. We finally had the opportunity and it exceeded all expectations! It is perfect in every way. Each bedroom has a large en suite and there are also two powder rooms. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has every single item you would ever need. But the best part is the upstairs deck. We spent every night up there with the kids, just hanging out and playing games. We are now spoiled and no other house will ever compare! The owner is super responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Great trip!

We loved the house and the location! Super close to the pool and not a bad walk to the beach. The tram service was great and there was hardly ever a wait. Todd was very communicative and helpful when needed. The only thing I wish I had known about Rosemary Beach was the race to get to the beach every morning in order to get a good spot. The space to set up, if you are not renting chairs, is VERY limited. Also, none of the restaurants take reservations and it’s also a race to get a seat. It makes going out with a family with young kids difficult when all the waits are hour+ long. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful town, beautiful house and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect Stay

We couldn't have picked a better property for our vacation. We (2 couples with 5 kids) enjoyed our week at All Decked Out. The home has everything you need for your stay and is beautifully appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All of the bathrooms were large and very well done. The rooftop deck was truly amazing and we spent most of our time there. Kitchen is well stocked with tools and pots/pans. The neighborhood pool was nice (although unheated) and the beach tram service was fantastic. Lots of nearby restaurants and services. Communication with the property owners was great before and during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again if we vacation in the area.

Beach getaway

The house was beautiful exactly like the picture. The upper deck was amazing. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. The pool was nice and the walk to the beach is not a bad walk. The only problem with the beach is if you don’t rent chairs and umbrellas there is a very small space you are allowed to sit and you can only use umbrellas and no tents. There is however a public beach a short bike ride away that was less crowded and your able to put up whatever you want. Overall i would highly recommend.
