This charming 3+ bedroom 2 bath home is located on the South end close to shopping and restaurants. Includes a BRAND NEW HOT TUB, outdoor fire-pit with chairs, and huge deck with Charcoal BBQ. Nicely furnished with 2 flat screen TV's, games, laundry room and attached garage - which is fully finished with a daybed and foosball table. Features a private setting on a double lot with lots of off street parking. (Sleeps 7) The beach is only about a block away from here.

Spacious and comfortable home.

Spacious and comfortable. Home was clean, hot tub was great along with the fire pit outside. We enjoyed playing air hockey as well during the rain. Very close to the beach and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely return.

Great communication

Got a call just before check in that the guests before us had a real good time. Since we weren’t coming in until after dark, the cleaning team had extra time to put the house to rights. When we got there—after a long day of travel—we discovered that, though the house was immaculate, their party extended to the hot tub. I reached out to Lisa in the office and had a very quick response. She got someone out as soon as possible, and we were able to use the hot tub the next night. She offered to extend our stay, credit toward our next day, and a refund of the hot tub fee. This is the kind of customer service that is not just well thought of, but sets a standard that should be industrywide. Would absolutely use this rental company again.

Cozy Cottage

Loved this cozy two story cottage! The gas fireplace added to the ambience as well as quickly taking the chill off in the early mornings. The house was very clean and the deck was tidy. We enjoyed the hot tub in the afternoons. Location is quiet, shady and just two blocks from the beach. The king and queen beds are on the firm side and the staircase would be a challenge with anyone with mobility issues.

My family looks forward to coming back to this house

The top of my list of houses that worked for my family of four. Clean house quiet neighborhood great floor plan for a small family. The house has great personality with old fashion charm but tidy and well kept. We had noticed the fireplace was not working and the weather was rainy we inquired about it with the listed property manager. The property manager stopped by twice to try different things. In the end it did not get resolved but we were grateful for the effort and we were impressed by her persistence in trying to resolve the issue for us.

Seaside w/hot tub

House is super charming! Love the 1940’s style left intact. Fireplace in living room was nice. Air hockey in man cave was fun. Upstairs is very cool with vaulted ceiling. Only cons - It was a hassle to take cover off hot tub because bushes are so close and ground not level. Could use some cover on back porch. No pot holders found in kitchen.

Hoist has great communication. This place is nice an cozy and in a great location. Perfect for just about any occasion at the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone and I’d definitely stay again myself

Seaside Gem VRBO!

This rental owner KNOWS what people want. Clean. Everything works. Washer dryer. So easy to walk the beach and the boardwalk. Beds are comfy. Bathrooms well appointed. Clean grille. Clean hot tub. Nice fire pit. We brought a bunch of wood and there was already a bunch there. Kitchen is nicely appointed. There’s nothing missing. Check in and out EASY. Oh yeah, nice gas fireplace took the chill off the living room last night. Slept with the window open though. Ahhhh. Cute place. Very spacious. Seriously a perfect spot right down by the cove. With a south wind the Tillamook land mass stops the fog from coming on the beach. We had spectacular early Oct weather. By the way it got cold on the beach last night and the 3 of us had hiked all day so we NEEDED that hot tub! Thank you. Lots more could be said. Just rent this place you’ll have no regrets. Fully appointed need nothing. Honest this was so good we already want to come back.

Sweet Sixteen mother daughter trip

Perfect location. Only thing was that when we booked the property we didn't realize that we couldn't be in the hot tub after 9. With such a short trip we weren't at the property much before 9 so we wouldn't have looked for a place with this feature if we knew we really wouldn't be able to use it. Also, one of the remotes were missing and we found it but it didn't have batteries so we just swapped them back and forth. Otherwise it was a very comfort house with a great location.

Blue Moon

This quaint beach cottage is in a great location for easy beach access and a short walk to downtown Seaside. The house was clean and ready on time for us to check in. With a cozy and homey feel there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is nicely appointed and we especially loved having lots of plates. The backyard firepit and large deck are awesome for relaxing in the evening and we could hear the ocean from there. The washroom is great for keeping coolers and extra chairs and shoes. It was nice having two bathrooms with spacious showers and plenty of hot water. We didn’t have the chance to try out the hot tub or the bbq grill (which is propane, not charcoal as shown in the listing).

Great place to stay!

The house was very clean, comfortable and charming. Conveniently located to a couple yummy restaurants and beach access. Downtown area is just a short drive away. straightforward and simple check in and check out process. Highly recommend!

Good place to stay

Need to get better Toilet paper. Need to look at replacing deck. It has some really bad spots that someone may fall through. Change main site to read propane grill not charcoal. We did experience a WILD yet charming and very angry set of racoons. Other than that, great place to stay. No seriously great place to stay.

Nice place

Nice cozy home near downtown, close to shops, beach and grocery stores. Very small kitchen and was well stocked with most items. It does have a 10 cup Mr. coffee but coffee is not provided so be sure to bring some. Warning; no iron or board, toaster or hair dryer. Overall nice cozy home.

Great location but a few things to address...

I would first like to say that the location of the house to the beach is amazing! The fire pit, air hockey table, and hot tub were a big hit as well. Unfortunately, there are a few things to address that are on the negative side... the entire house needs to be cleaned a lot better. There were candy wrappers, a sock, a hair tie, and lots of dust under the beds and furniture. The worst part was a blood stain on one of the twin bed comforters upstairs that we had to take off so my son wouldn't sleep with dirty bedding. I can tell this house is only surface cleaned and definitely needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The smell as you walk in is hidden with a powerful air freshener, which is coming from the garage. As many other reviews said, the beds could really use some updating. With all that being said, I truly hope the cleaning is addressed and changed because everything else about house was great. The property management team always responded so quickly and kindly when we had questions before the trip. Again, we absolutely LOVED the location of this house. Overall, a wonderful stay and memories made! Thank you!

Blue moon vacation rental

The house was very comfortable to stay in. Beds were a little bit uncomfortable, and the stairs are pretty steep. Only had one small trip, and it was only at the last couple of steps, thankfully. We left a brand new set of sauté pans as the kitchen equipment is in pretty rough shape. otherwise, very nice stay.

Great location

Property was okay. The garage smells a bit like mildew and it is making the rest of the house smell. We opened windows and then everything was fine. Everything no else was perfect. The location was the best part of the house but other great things to note is the hot tub, fire pit, all the space in the house.
