Private home conveniently located to wine country, San Francisco and the Pacific coast. Walking distance to downtown Petaluma’s unique boutiques, restaurants and groceries.

Petaluma is a small destination town with its original farming community together with modern amenities and excellent features including many bars and restaurants, boutiques, and other local and national businesses. Local attractions include numerous wineries throughout Sonoma, Napa and surrounding areas; Bodega Bay and other coastal destinations along Highway 1; Lagunitas Brewing Company and several other microbreweries; spas and resorts; excellent restaurants and bars that are located from walking distance to neighboring communities to San Francisco.

The home is bright with an open layout, full kitchen, two bedrooms, fenced in yard with deck and gardens. Perfect location for vacationing with friends and family, or for business travelers looking for either short or longer term stays.

Standard rate is based on 2 day minimum. Discounts offered for weekly and monthly stays. Dogs considered, please inquire.

Perfect for my two week work schedule. Great kitchen and coffee setup. The shower was great also. Conveniently located near downtown Petaluma. Bed was comfortable as well as couch in the living room, and the TV was easy to operate. Thanks, Pat

Host was very responsive and was on top of everything! The place was clean, quiet, great for our dogs and we slept excellent every night. That last one is a hard one to get right when traveling.

We stayed in this house for 3.5 weeks. Our host, Connie, was welcoming and responsive. The location is excellent and the yard was great for the two dogs that our nearby family brought over to visit.

Amazing Stay!

we loved our stay at Connie’s beautiful house, as did our two doggos! the fenced in yard was incredible for our pups to be able to run n’ play. the house is in such a great neighborhood that is walking distance from downtown. would definitely stay again, and would definitely recommend!

This was my first Vrbo experience and it was a great one. Connie is so responsive and the accommodations were great. This is a very safe neighborhood and well within walking distance of everything Petaluma’s downtown has to offer. Also, for those of you who cringe at the thought of a sofa bed just like I did, the sofa bed in the second room is unbelievably comfortable. I can actually say I’ve never slept in a more comfortable sofa bed ever and it even rivaled many regular beds I’ve slept in when I’ve traveled. It’s not for a 6 foot tall man, but it absolutely will comfortably accommodate an average size woman, teenager, or child. I highly recommend this home if you’re visiting Petaluma.

Great Stay

The property had everything we needed and in a great location close to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores. The backyard was a nice place to sit and drink coffee or wine and enjoy the landscape. Inside was enough to keep us comfortable with plenty of room to spread out.

Wonderful small home!

Lovely older home with tasteful upgrades, close to many restaurants and attractions in downtown Petaluma. Perfect for a couple or small family, and pet friendly! The spacious yard is completely fenced and nicely landscaped. We loved our stay!

Great weekend wedding guest spot!

We spent the weekend here to attend a wedding and it was perfect! Plenty of space, nice and bright, really cute attention to detail. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Thoughtful host touches were much appreciated Hope to return soon!

Another great stay...

Hubby and I have stayed at Connie's place several times now. It is in a great location, very close to downtown and a nice drive to Dillon Beach and Bodega Bay. It is a nice quiet area and the house is well stocked with most everything you will need. Good selection of spices and cookware. Great place for dogs too. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
