Frank's townhouse was a lovely place to stay in Petaluma. We really appreciated the bottle of wine and chocolates, and the home was clean and well laid out. We were able to cook a few times, and it was great to have pots and pans at the ready. We would definitely recommend.

This is our 2nd time renting this house and love it! A beautiful 10-minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants in Downtown Petaluma. Very comfortable. Feels like home.

We loved our stay, really peaceful town and it was stocked with everything we needed. Frank left us a welcoming gift with wine and some chocolates, which I thought was a sweet touch. Place was clean too. We would stay here again

Lovely host and property! Great location in a welcoming neighborhood. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, welcome note and cookies. A definite must- stay location when visiting Petaluma.

We loved this house!

This is a great place to stay within easy walking distance of Petaluma. The owner made our stay simple with regard to home access, parking, location, and even left us a welcome basket of snacks and wine! I will definitely book this home again!!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, historic home over the Christmas holidays. The house has great character and charm, and its location is ideal as it just a short walk to the downtown area with shops, restaurants and local attractions.Our host, Frank, was terrific. He was responsive, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, he provided us with welcome snacks!

Perfect little Petaluma stay

Had a great stay at Frank’s property! Check in and overall information was a tiny bit clunky but Frank was incredibly responsive and helpful so it was not an issue at all. Location can’t be beat, place was clean, well appointed and comfy.

Enjoyable Stay

This rental property was great! super easy check in and the property was clean and inviting. It had all the things I needed for my weeklong stay and was very comfortable. The location is charming, quiet and an easy walk to downtown.

Wonderful spot

From our early check in to the easy of communication with Frank, our stay was great. The location is an easy walking distance to downtown. I would stay there again when back in Petaluma.

Great Spot

I loved the location and convenience of this property. Plenty of room and comfy beds. I traveled alone but had friends spend a night so the 2 bathrooms were a plus. Walking to downtown was close and a very pretty walk, beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely stay again

Perfect spot for a girls getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this cute Craftsman. The neighborhood is beautiful, perfect for walks and coffee on the porch. The home had everything we needed and we were wuite comfortable there.

Fantastic 8th St home

This property is very clean, very quiet, in a walkable neighborhood, close to historic downtown. Frank has supplied everything for a comfortable stay and replies very quickly when contacted. We would definitely choose this home again!

This location is hard to beat. Just close enough to walk downtown but not to close to the noise and congestion a popular town like Petaluma will bring. Public transportation is 4 blocks away and close to boutique shopping, theater district, are all walkable and wineries are located in and around Petaluma/ Sonoma County.
