With beautiful, panoramic mountain views from every room, the whole family will love the feel of this cozy mountain retreat.

Enjoy coffee and home-cooked meals on the wrap-around porch overlooking expansive mountain vistas, or drive just over 10 minutes to quaint but happening downtown Sparta.

This newly-renovated home sits on one of the highest peaks in the county, overlooking our 44-acre farm featuring cows, Christmas trees, and rolling pastures. Enjoy Google Fiber and a workspace with a view!

Great place for a quiet peaceful getaway. Spectacular views from all windows, plus a large wraparound deck! Comfortable furniture and beds. The host was very prompt in responding to a couple of questions. Would definitely book again! Must be lovely in the fall with that view.

We enjoyed our stay so much!! The views were wonderful. We loved the peace and quiet. The house was comfortable and inviting. Caroline was always so responsive to any of our questions. We will be back!

Beautiful

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend. The house and location were just what we were looking for. Sparta is a wonderful little town.

It’s was a great experience. The house was very tidy and cozy and it had everything that we needed and we had a great time. She was always checking in with us to make sure that we were OK and if we need anything that was awesome.

There was a power outage while we were there. When the power came back on the air conditioner stopped working. we were able to contact the owner who was able to arrange to have a local air condition company come out and fix the problem in a short period of time. The owner was very nice and helpful in this time of need. It was hot outside. Also the thermostat was unusual and I did not know how to adjust it so I contacted the owner and she instructed me. It would be could to provide some instructions for that to future renters. There are beautiful views from the home and we had several deer walk through the property. There are some good restaurants in town.The road leading to the house is not marked. It is the road with a sign that says something like dead end or no outlet.

True mountain getaway

This place was truely beautiful.The house is really nicely updated and super comfortable! We had all we needed. Before coming up I had a few questions and the owner answered all of them and was super helpful.!!FYI she let me know when. I asked that the grill is charcoal and we were able to bring Some up.It feels like you are really far from things but the drive in to Sparta was only 15 mins. We like being in the middle of nowhere so we absolutely loved the location. I will say that the driveway is steep and if you come in the winter you would want 4wheel drive to get to the house. We want to go back in a different season! You want to disconnect and have total peace and quiet and see thousands of fireflies as the sun sets??? This is the place…. You have both sunrise and sunsets! Can beat that!! Even the drive to Galax for dinner was amazing!! A definite 5 star place for us!!

Excelente experiencia un lugar tranquilo disfrutado fuera de la ciudad muy limpio y cómodo sin duda regresar será una opción en el futuro.
