We had a wonderful stay in Newport Beach. The location was one of the biggest highlights. It was within easy walking distance of the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores, which made it incredibly convenient and enjoyable.We also loved the extra amenities, especially the bikes and beach chairs. Having bikes available made it easy to explore the area, and the beach chairs were a great addition for relaxing by the ocean without having to bring our own equipment.The accommodations were comfortable and fit our needs well. While the property is not particularly luxurious or high end, it was clean, functional, and perfectly suitable since we spent most of our time out enjoying Newport Beach and primarily used the space for sleeping and getting ready each day.A couple of small improvements could make the stay even better. The bed pillows could use an upgrade, and it would be helpful to have washcloths available in addition to the towels. That said, there were plenty of towels provided, which we appreciated.Overall, this was a great stay in an excellent location with thoughtful amenities that enhanced our beach experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others looking for a convenient home base in Newport Beach.

For future reference, the cabinet in the master bathroom is stocked with plenty of washcloths and towels in a variety of sizes. We understand they can sometimes be easy to overlook, and we'll make sure to point them out more clearly for future guests. Thank you as well for your comments about the bed pillows. Based on your feedback, we will be replacing them immediately to provide an even more comfortable sleeping experience. Perfect Summer Vacation in December

Our family spend mid-December for four days and the weather was perfect in the low 70's to spend our days at the beach (2minute walk..just cross the street and you are there). Beach is beautiful and since it was December, it was not crowed at all. We enjoy our walks to the pier and it has lots of little shops and restaurants to eat. Everything was in walking distance. The house is nice and clean with enough space for kids to play. They enjoy the bunk beds (it was quite comfortable and the pillow was good to sleep on). Cute kitchen with every itensils & cookware you need. Kids grateful to have wifi. If we ever decide to do another trip to Newport, we would definitely stay here again.

beach house perfect

A very nice place to be close to the beach! Quiet neighborhood with a market close by and several great dining experiences within walking distance. Starbucks close by and local shopping flair. A very enjoyable experience and a clean updated home. Will come again!

Clean house close to everything Southern California has to offer.

Great house for family to use as a base while visiting SoCal attractions. House was clean and located close to beach, Newport Pier, Fun Zone, stores and eateries. Would book again for another trip to SoCal.

Fantastic location with all the simple amenities.

Great location with a great owner who's very accommodating. The location is fantastic- 1 block from the beach and across from the grocery store. Short walk to the pier and other shops. Perfect for small family or couples getaway.
