This gorgeous lakeside retreat is perfect for getaways during every season. Beautiful sunsets and breathtaking lake views top this 5 bedroom lake home with all the luxuries of home. Just minutes from the New York State Thruway, the house sleeps 12 and is situated at the north end of Cayuga lake on a private drive off West Lake Road, right on the wine trail and close to many area attractions, wineries, breweries, restaurants, and more. Ideal for multiple families, this home has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fireplaces, three floors, two kitchens, and many areas to rest and relax indoors and out on the wrap-around deck, moon porch or beach. Offering heat and air conditioning, there is one bedroom on the first floor for those who might struggle with stairs. The fully-furnished kitchen has all the utensils, pots and pans, and appliances for you to cook large meals or small and the dining has a large table to accommodate large parties. A convenient washer/dryer is available on the first floor, just off the double garage.

The house is very spacious, comfortable and well stocked. It was clean and well maintained. The deck has an awesome view of the lake. The location was very convenient to wineries, breweries and restaurants. Lisa was very nice and responsive. We would definitely rent again.

Relaxing stay

My extended family enjoyed our week in this lovely home on Cayuga Lake. Comfortable beds and living room, shaded deck overlooking the lake. Our host Lisa sent over supplies to restock the first morning.

Girls Trip

We had just a quick overnight stay for a birthday/bachelorette celebration and we all agreed we wished could have stayed longer! The house was great, fit 8 adults with plenty of room to spare! Lisa was easy to work with and provided some great recommendations for places to visit.

Beautiful stay for a long weekend

We brought our parents and son out for our younger son’s graduation from Syracuse University. While the property was about an hour from campus, the setting was absolutely beautiful.

Excellent accommodations

Group of 10 friends that get together a couple times per year for winery tours. This property is ideal for large families, and very well kept. The owners were very helpful and made certain our weekend was comfortable.

Very nice place x

Very nice house. Equipped with everything we needed. Views were gorgeous. Would love to stay there when it’s warm so we could go down and enjoy the water . Definitely would go back and will pass this place on to everyone.

Lovely home and location!

Lisa was a wonderful host! Very clear and timely communication which was a joy. Home is quite large and spacious which worked extremely well for our group. A very nice dock and lake to spend time in also. Highly recommend as a perfect spot for your trip to the finger lakes!

It's a Wonderful Run

Excellent. Our active group of 9 adults made two meals in this lovely kitchen and were all comfortable and happy with our accommodations. Lovely home, nice neighborhood, easy to access. Just right!

Beautiful Lakefront!

Even though it was off season and we didn’t get to utilize the lake, the view alone was amazing! Property was clean and well stocked. If staying in the winter months, the only thing to be aware of is the area in the lower/basement (bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen/living area) doesn’t get as warm as the main level and upstairs. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Excellent family time

Lake view is amazing. Very nice property. The owners were super responsive when we texted. The room configurations really worked for our group. We’re a group that has teenagers, 40 something’s and grandparents, so we need to spread out and this house allowed us to do that.

We had a great time staying at the home. It was wonderful to watch the sunrises and moonrises from the landing on the way down to the water. The home had plenty of room for us. We were able to make full meals at the house and we went to nearby wineries for food and wine tastings. We were able to use the canoe and paddle board that was at the property. Also was great to swim right off the dock. Thank you!

Great weekend

This property is exactly as advertised and it is bigger than it looks in the listing! It was the perfect size for our group and we had the best weekend. It was super clean and everyone had a wonderful time. We have already talked about probably booking here again in the future. I definitely recommend it!

Cayuga's convenient location to our home base in Fairport, NY, makes it ideal for us to retreat quickly to our oasis from our daily hectic life. The setting of the house and how it overlooks the lake, offers a serene atmosphere and breathtaking lake views. The house is right on West Lake Road, which is the route for the Cayuga Wine Trail and 25 wonderful wineries are situated within just a few miles of the house. The kids enjoy pumpkin chucking at Varick Winery in the fall, Winter is a wonderland of beauty and the fireplaces offer a cozy lakeside setting for holidays or just a weekend getaway. And the spring and summer are of course idea to enjoy swimming, boating, relaxing and finding new adventures, such as the area state parks and waterfall. So much to explore.
