Totally renovated, beautiful cottage in vibrant Asbury Park, NJ. Sleeps 2. Safe 5th Avenue address. Six blocks to beach (swimming, surfing, boardwalk), 1 block to Deal lake (canoeing, paddle boarding). One bedroom , one bath cottage. Living room, new leather sofa bed (sleeps two). Fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning. heating, WiFi, TV. Modern, glass door shower. Computer desk & chair and external monitor. Separate entrance & parking. Beach chairs & towels. Two beach passes. Outdoor shower. Sip coffee or an umbrella drink on your own porch. Outdoor grill. Shops, restaurants, yoga studio and coffee spot two blocks from the cottage in the Sunset Point block. Due to Asbury Park code, this is strictly limited to two guests sleeping overnight. Children are allowed (2 maximum).

This property was exactly as advertised. Clean and convenient with easy communication with Margaret leading up to check-in. Parking was as easy as could be, and our ongoing communication with Margaret couldn't have been better. I would absolutely stay in this property again.

This is an awesome place to stay. Close to the beach, scooters, music. Great location. Host is terrific, we emailed several times, never an issue. Cottage is cute and clean, AC works great. Hidden gem!

We gad a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage which is perfect for two people. The inclusion of beach chairs, tags and umbrellas made our beach days hassle free! The property was exactly as described. It was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities listed. The host was present and available for anything that was needed. Of course, the conveniences of the property did not necessitate much additional help. Asbury Park is a decent size town. The cottage location makes it convenient to get around the town. Bike, car, or walk. All are quite doable.

Asbury Cottage Getaway

This was our second stay at the cottage and it was as great as our first. The space is well designed with all amenities, and we enjoyed sitting on the outside mini porch for morning coffee or an early evening drink. The location is convenient. Hope to return again.

This is a great place for two people for a short stay in Asbury Park. Super cute, super clean, sweet comfort offerings (ie slippers, robes, etc). Owners very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Cozy Cottage!

Very comfortable stay for a night to attend a concert at The Stone Pony. The cottage is quaint and cozy. It has everything you need. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future and recommend it to others.

Amazing cozy cottage!

Adorable place! It was clean and the host provided everything you needed for a cozy stay. The host provided clear instructions which made for a very easy stay. I would return myself and recommend to others!

Love this neighborhood

Everything about our stay was great, but I especially enjoyed the neighborhood. It's a quiet residential area, and yet there's a coffee shop and deli a short walk away and it's only a few minutes drive to get to the Boardwalk.

This is an adorable little cottage located adjacent to the owner's property in a very nice neighborhood that is only 6 blocks from the beach. It is very roomy inside - absolutely perfect for the two of us! The cottage is pristine and well-appointed. Oversized beach towels, terry robes and slipper socks were a very nice touch. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this property if we travel to the area again.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We bought our property in 2018 because I had to live by water! When we bought the main house, a Victorian built in 1890, we saw it's potential and wanted to bring it back to it's former glory. That included lovingly renovating the cottage in the back which had fallen into disrepair. It has been a labor of love and we hope you can also appreciate it's uniqueness and charm.

Living, and visiting, this part of Asbury Park has such great advantages. Walk a block to Deal lake and launch or rent a canoe or paddle board and explore the many fingers of the lake. Walk a few more blocks to the beautiful, clean beaches of Asbury. Sunbath, surf, swim, eat at the many restaurants. Kids can enjoy the water park or take in the Pinball Arcade. A block from the cottage, at Sunset Point, explore the shops, take a Yoga/Pilates class, or get your morning coffee and bagels in Booskerdoo's.
