Beach access is at Dahlia Avenue Park (which has parking, showers, bathroom and a playground.) just north of the Sunglow building approximately 1 block OR South of the property just past Ocean villas.. Please inquire before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay as this information is evolving.. ***Please note that this property has some aftereffects caused by Hurricane Ian/Nicole that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storm. We are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our condo!! Beautiful updated kitchen equipped with refrigerator w/ ice-maker, dishwasher, glass stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, electric mixer, blender, etc. and bar top with 3 bar stools.

Living room features a Queen sleeper sofa, 2 chairs w/ ottomans, 51" flat screen cable TV, Blue Ray DVD player and a large sliding glass door opening out to your private balcony with an ocean view. Updated bathroom with tub/shower combo and hand held shower head.

Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ grills, picnic tables and poolside lounges complete your relaxing setting. Enjoy the sound of the waves and watch the sun rise and set over the ocean and the river from your 8th floor balcony. Linens provided and laundry facilities onsite.

Resort includes free WiFi, heated swimming pool, sun deck with restrooms and showers overlooking the beach with quick and easy access to the Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joe's Deck and Grill. Full-time Security.

*Please note, due to the 2022 hurricanes the pool, spa and pool deck are not accessible (pricing has been adjusted accordingly), however, Daytona Beach Lagoon has unlimited use of their water park with the wave pool season pass for 2024.

The Sunglow Fishing Pier has been around since 1960 and is a great place to fish and spend quality time with friends and family. Pier anglers are known to catch a wide variety of fish on the Sunglow Pier such as Whiting, Kings, Pompanos, Flounder, Trout, Spanish Mackerel, Sheep’s Head, Blues, Sail Cat, Tarpon and different kinds of shark species!

The Daytona Beach Shores Fishing Pier offers many amenities such as a bait shack, fish cleaning areas, well lighted benches, seats, fishing pole rentals and frozen bait!
