Two full baths complete the layout. Triple slider doors in the great room open to the lania which is also outfitted with comfortable lounging and dining furniture. Tile floors throughout. Wireless network (wifi), onsight wireless printer, and Comcast Xfinity cable with premium channels. Renters are welcome to use the owners tennis rackets and bicycles.

The Gulf Harbour community features many amenities including a Mariposa-only neighborhood pool just steps away. Unfortunately Sports Memberships can no longer be transferred to renters.

Overall Gulf Harbour is a great location for dining, shopping, beaches, and miles of biking and walking trails. Actual hours of operation may differ with COVID status in effect.

Owners Note: For any rental, the Owner needs to submit an application on behalf of the Renter, to the Gulf Harbour Home Owner Association, 30-days in advance of the rental commencement date, for review and approval of the Renters for the rental period. This means that requests for reservations, must be made, at least 30-days before the actual rental.

Due to HOA restrictions, cats and dogs are not allowed, for rentals less than 90-days.
