Perfect for a wedding weekend down the shore and a much needed first trip together without our kiddo! The host is lovely and very responsive. A great cozy property in a prime location. We hope to stay again in the future!

We loved our stay - our second time! The condo is conveniently close to the beach with a great storage spot for sandy beach stuff right outside. Communication was great, and check-in was easy. We hope to be back again some day!

Memorial Day Weekend!

We loved our stay - perfect for the long weekend! Beach was an easy walk! The condo was clean and enough space for the two of us. Christina was a great host - easy to communicate with and helpful! We had a great time and can’t wait to stay again!

Check in and out was seamless. We had a wonderful trip and the host was so responsive to any questions. The unit is super clean and well taken care of! It’s a hidden gem that’s so cozy and close to the beach and amazing restaurants and bars. We absolutely would go back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

My family loved our stay! The condo was clean and well stocked, with just enough space for our family of four (toddler and infant). It's conveniently close to the shore, with plenty of playgrounds and places to eat nearby. The little patio outside the door was perfect for meals outside during our stay. We'd definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our weekends needs as we were visiting for a wedding. The property owner was very engaged and responsive in helping with questions we had on arrival and throughout the stay. The small community at this location were all very friendly and engaging. Definitely will consider again.

Great little space for a beach vacation. The unit was clean and equipped with what we needed. The unit is ground floor which was so convenient for coming and going. Beach is only about 200 steps away! Nice to have access to beach chairs. Did not use the pool but it is right out front and looked clean.

Everything about this condo was exceptional, both the physical property and the logistics from booking through checkout. Christina was a gracious host, making sure that we had all of the information we needed ahead of time, and providing quick responses to our communications.The condo itself is very nice, on the ground floor near the parking lot for easy access in and out and to the beach (but not noisy at all!). The interior was exceptionally clean and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. A huge benefit was a large number of conveniently located hooks for hanging swimsuits, beach towels, bath towels, hats, etc. We did not use the pullout couch, but the bedroom was comfortable with good pillows and a comfy bed.Location was good. Being immediately behind the Icona resort is perhaps not 100% ideal, but it was very easy to walk a block or two up or down the beach and have a spot with much fewer people. The surf beach was also just a block down the beach for those who want to get lessons or bring their own boards. The "main drag" in Stone Harbor is about a 20 minute (brisk) walk along nice sidewalks, while downtown Avalon is a few minutes by car.Check-in and check-out were super easy, and Christina was nice enough to let us know that the next guests and the cleaning crew would be coming in late enough that we could use the condo and beach passes through the afternoon on our last day, a very pleasant surprise.We loved our stay and would 100% recommend this property.

Convenient location on ocean block.

This property had very nice finishes, was newly remodeled with everything you need included. We didn’t realize it was only about 400 sq. ft. but it worked fine for my wife and I and we enjoyed our stay here. The location on the first floor and near the reserved parking space was very nice. Also just a short walk to the beach, beach bar with music and a restaurant.

Check in was super easy and host responded quickly. Property was very clean, comfortable bed and steps away from the best pool. Laundry room was clean with a lot of free washers and dryers. Beach block with everything you need for a beach day. We felt very safe and comfortable at this property. Will hope to return to this location in the future. It’s small but it was perfect for my teenage daughter and me. Very easy to get to all the fun in stone harbor and it has a beach bar and restaurants steps away from unit. We have it a 10/10

Perfect location with all we needed

My husband and I had such a great stay in this cute beach-themed condo! It was close to restaurants, and the beach was an easy walk. The pool looked nice and clean but we didn’t try it this time. Inside we had all we needed for 2 of us and a nice big comfy sectional for relaxing in the evenings. We loved the abundance of hooks for our things. The beach tags were included though no one was collecting this late in Sept. Be sure to bring linens and towels when you come—the host prepared us for this in her listing description, so we were prepared. There were lots of pillows for those who like a few in bed. Avalon and Stone Harbor are beautiful towns to visit and we enjoyed being back. We would love to stay again!

Clean, cute one bedroom condo with a great layout. Nice sitting area and storage. My husband a teen loved the pool and easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend it!

Nice, clean, super close to the beach and lots of other attractions. Christina was very helpful in her communication and helping describe the size and layout to ensure we were prepared for our stay. It’s a perfect spot to rest your head after a long day at the beach and around town.

This rental was everything we hoped it would be and more! It was clean, well kept and the grounds were beautiful. Christina was so easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly to my questions. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay in Avalon.

Our first vacation as a family of 3 and we had a great stay! The condo was clean and check in was easy. All messages were responded to in a timely manner which was so helpful and we really appreciated. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
