Great

The only issue we had all week was getting the water temp regulated in the shower. The owner came & looked into it for us but we still couldn’t get it working correctly (not sure if it was the weather heater or us) but other than this little issue everything was as described & this is a little piece of heaven on the Gulf. I just recommended this condo to some friends.

Issues, but would come back

Great location. Had a big issue at check in, but owner was there in 10 minutes and took care of the problem. Definitely need new cleaning service. Description of what is available for your pooch is misleading.

On the beach

We had a wonderful stay and the host was very accommodating, we had an issue with the air conditioner, and he immediately came out and replaced it with a brand new one. Excellent location, close to everything and bars/ restaurants right across the street.

Perfect Little Beach Bungalow Getaway

This place was perfect. Highly recommended!! It’s right on the strip, a few blocks from pier Unfortunately, it was too cold for us to walk around very much but it would be perfect during warmer weather for walking. We were easily able to navigate the area. The room was very clean. I would like to mention that this is directly on the beach, and you do have to take steps down the side of the building to get to the location. You also have to step over a small threshold, so this would not be a good place for someone with certain mobility requirements. It was also in the 30s at night and we did not have a comforter on the bed. We did have a blanket but it was not very thick. The heat worked well and we were able to stay plenty warm. Parking was also not an issue. We would definitely like to visit again.

Wonderful view

Property was clean, had everything we needed, literally 30 steps from door to sand ! View was wonderful! No complaints - only wish was that the slider had a screen door and brighter outside light towards the bottom of the stairs leading to the unit Everything was excellent and we will definitely book again!

Everything was five star !!! it would be helpful if they considered putting a ramp for easier access, going up and down the stairs with your luggage is a little difficult to the cabanas

Steps away from the beach!

We enjoyed our stay here! The room was nice and we were just steps away from the beach and pool! Couldn't ask for better! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderfull family oriented

The property was well kept and easy to get to the ocean, pool and everything PCB has to offer. We met some wonderful people! I will be planning all my vacations here!

The bare minimum

The location was amazing. Right across from restaurants, Gulf World, and we were able to walk to the beach. The room was clean and towels and linens were provided. Ice already made up. The only complaint I have is we had no comforter. We had two bed sheets and a fitted sheet. Thankfully we had a blanket we had brought.

HORRIBLE

I sent messages with information that my family would be arriving late to check in. We drove 5 hours with 2 children and 2 dogs. When we arrived we could not acces the code to get into the room. I tried every way to message the owner as well as Vrbo. I also tried to message the condo property. No answer from anyone. After 2 hours of trying to figure a way to get into room, we had to search for a hotel and it was spring break for a lot of schools. After renting a hotel room and getting settled in, I absolutely was not going to stay in that place. This was very nerve wrecking and stressed us out to the point of not wanting to ever make a reservation using this app or site. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Great location

For the 2 nights we stayed it was great. As soon as we walked out the door we were 10 steps from the beach, and we made the absolute most of that. Nice cozy room with shuckums right across the street 10/10.

Ok stay

The location is amazing and condo is clean. But the only door which is glass doors on bottom floor of condo the lock was broken. We found a stick to put in the door for it to stay closed at night. That should be fixed ! Other than that it was good.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and such a cute unit. Pool is right in front us as well as the beach. Location is great also and was able to take our senior toy poodle to Dog Beach less than a mile down the street. This is definitely a place to take your children or grandchildren. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location

We enjoyed staying here and love the location!!! It perfect for being close to the beach, pool and yet be able to run in for drinks and snacks! This wasn't our first time and won't be our last. Totally recommend this place!

NICE BUT

GREAT LOCATION BUT THE SOWER IS EITHER VERY HOT OR COLD. THE TV IS JUNK. THE FIRST 2 DAYS IF YOU WATCHED AHYTHING. IT WOULD BE WHAT THE JUNKY TV OR CABLE SERVICE WOULD YOU TO WATCH. THE LAST 2 DAYS OF OUR STAY. THE TV DIDN'T EVEN WORK WE HAD TO WATCH TV ON MY GIRLFRENDS PHONE WHICH SUCKED. TO GET CLEAN TOWELS YOU HAD TO BEG THE OWNERS AND YOU GOT THEM A DAY LATER. BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OK. GREAT LOCATION

Panama City Getaway

We were very pleased with the rental. The location was great for walking to the Pier and the dog beach. The only thing that could have been better would be nicer sheets and towels.

Close to the beach

The condo itself was clean. Very easy check in. Had everything you needed. Had to leave early due to plumbing problems (the whole lower level had to) but they quickly refunded us for the nights we were not able to stay.
