Best part is the 5 feet you have to walk with luggage from car to bedroom. Bed spread & couch cover were a little dingy but seemed clean. Great spot & would most definitely stay again

View and walk out to beach was great and it was clean. The Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Furniture needs upgrading a bit. Bring your own coffee pot. Overall good stay for the price.

This is a very old and worn condo. The beautiful beach is the best thing about. The bed was comfy and the bathroom okay. The beach gear on the patio just needs to go to the trash. No rally comfortable furniture seating in the living area. This place could up its appeal with a good coat of paint and repairs ! Bring your own amenities and beach towels/chairs/umbrella. Kitchen gets an okay. Enjoy the beach!

Awesome property! You park right outside your door, no stairs. It’s best suited for couples, due to the size. This is our 2nd year and we have already booked for next year! It’s a definite gem!

The condo itself is old, but comfy! It has a great patio with a great view of the beach and wonderful sunsets. It’s quiet, close to Pier Park and restaurants. Bring your own amenities and blow dryer, not provided.

we walked in and opened the curtains and my mom said "oh my goodness this is perfect. if i never get to come back to the beach this is the perfect place for a last time" she was so happy with everything.

Had to print out my own parking pass. The sofa bed was a junky futon. The door is not really secure. Someone tried to open our door. The beach was cleaner than the room. Very disappointed. We checked out 2 days earlier than we were suppose to

Wow a 2 star rating? I’m sorry but this is a true ground floor condo . Rare to find along the 27 miles of beaches in PCB. The complex is only 2 story! No parking garages and or elevators 2 stars cuz of Cleaning - when you had their direct number ? must be a Karen - everyone’s laughing at this review !

Great location! Ground floor was amazing for unloading and loading. Easy access to the beach. Codo was clean bed was comfortable! Pier Park had everything you would need!

Condo is in a great location, quiet and right on the beach!

Always nice to stay at this property! Great location and a quiet community. The beach is not overly crowded and close to restaurants and shopping!

Thanks ! Yes never a crowded beach we are a low 2 story building and no high rises to our east ( as pier park sits next to us with private homes so you have a large private area of sand ) Walking distance to pier park margaritaville the grand movie theatre sky wheel and hundreds of restaurants
