This Unit Features a Full Unobstructed View of the Crystal Blue Gulf Waters and the Beautiful White Sand Beaches of Panama City Beach! Units at The Top Of The Gulf Do Not Have Balconies in the Units, But Do Have Common Area Balconies On Each Floor.

This condo has tile floors throughout, The condo also has extremely comfortable New Queen Beds (2) **Condo Sleeps (4)**

The complex is extremely well maintained and has many nice amenities. You will love the large New swimming pool, New kiddie pool, poolside snack bar, 2 story sun deck, grilling area, exercise room, game room, shuffleboard, and the lounge area on the beach. The complex is also very close to incredible restaurants, night clubs, golfing, water sports, fishing charters, and shopping.

The view was incredible!!!!! Loved waking up looking out at the ocean. The room is also very spacious. We definitely had a great time here!

Great location

The location in proximity to the beach (walk) and multiple different areas was perfect. We weren’t where everything was super busy. There was a chair rental on the beach but they weren’t the pushy kind like we had heard about. The property has a great pool and just a nice smaller place to stay!

Beds were comfortable. View was awesome!

Bathroom was small and could use some work. TV should be moved to another location. Over top the bed is dangerous and light shines in your eyes at night from the tv. Pool was nice too!

A Great Experience

While I definitely wouldn't call this property "top of the line", I am also aware that, for it's location, our payment was a valuable rate. The room was clean and has a beautiful view. Seating was functional and the room accommodated us fine. The pool in the resort is wonderful and the beach access is amazing. Everything we needed was minutes away and easy access. Lots and lots to do in the area if you don't just want the beach but also the perfect place to stay if you just want to spend the whole time in the sand.

Awesome!!!

This is the nicest condo! Very clean! The owners are very nice! Its convenient to everything and the view is awesome! I recently lost my husband and I really needed to decompress some of my emotions! It helped! I will definitely return! I recommend!!!!

Over all the place was okay except the room

The studio was nice but they said there was a balcony and the room was dirty the bathroom was not clean mold on the shower curtain had mold and tub needed cleaned and there was dust on the ceiling and fan we like going to Panama City beach but will not stay at this place again also they said it had washer and dryer in it also

Great view and fair price. Floor wasn’t clean when we arrived, tried sweeping/cleaning up but there was no dust pan. Half a roll of toilet paper was provided upon arrival with no additional supply. Bathroom cabinets are in need of repair, my son cut his finger pretty good on it. Pool was nice and convenient access to the beach. Building itself is doing a pretty fair amount of construction which was never mentioned while booking, they were pretty quite for the most part though. Owner of this room was timely to respond and friendly while communicating.

Updates needed!

We love staying at TOG, it has a great pool, and beachfront. The condos we have stayed in previously have been updated and in pristine condition. This condo, however, is needing a full makeover. The cabinets are splintered and hazardous, the A/C, which worked great, had a layer of rust and possibly mold on it. The tile floor was nice and looked like it had recently been put it. None of the molding/baseboards were put back and there was a layer of white dust all over the floor. The door had to be slammed to close it and took 2 or 3 tries to open it. With a little TLC, and a deep cleaning, this unit could definitely get 5 stars. The view is amazing and TOG is very relaxing.

Nice for the $$

Top of the Gulf is a really nice clean place. Great views and beach access. The only problems we had was the coffee pot had old water and mold growing in it so it was totally unusable. And I reached out to the property manager with 3 messages and a voicemail and NEVER got a response. If I was the owner of this condo I would definitely want to know.

Amazing Views & Amazing Location!!

Me and my fiancé stayed here for 4 days a few weeks ago and we loved every second of it! Our condo was at the perfect location right on the ocean and we also enjoyed the community pool when the ocean got too hot to be in. Our condo was also very clean and very spacious, we have no complaints. Thank you so much for our stay!!!

World Series!

My 2 boys (14, and12), my husband and I all stayed at the condo for a week, and we loved it! The condo was perfect, the boys loved swimming and I couldn't get enough of waking up on the beach. It was the perfect location for our baseball games all week. and it was the perfect location to all the must visit restaurants and fun things to do in PCB.

This is truly an ideal location and one of the key reasons for spending some fantastic time here. It's a TRUE Gulf Front condo and faces the beach with a great view. It's also rare in that it is very, very central yet on a distinctly exclusive area of the beach in that the main road curves away from the beach and comes back just a short distance away thereby diverting the 'cruising' traffic away from the beach and allowing you to get where you need to go and only get in traffic when you want to.
