Well-appointed in every way.

This unit was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location was just a short walk to the beach. We are very pleased with our experience and look forward to returning!

300 Cinnamon Beach #224

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the development and location. Was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the unit. When we arrived we noticed the multiple stains on the carpets particularly in the Master bedroom. They all appeared to be pet stains. I contacted the rental agent and the maintenance group sent someone out that day. I didn't have them do the carpets in the other bedrooms, sorry I didn't. The unit never felt really clean. Tiles in bathroom needed a good cleaning. Overall I would not stay in this unit again.

Beautiful property. Great beach access and amenities within the complex. Pools, hot tubs and game rooms for adults and kids. Condo is updated and beautifully decorated with a beach theme.

Month long vacation at Hammock!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacationed in the Hammock Resort and many of the beautiful homes and condos for the last 15 years. Our condo unit 224 was perfect, fully stocked with the best bath towels, beach towels, chairs. Honestly they thought of everything. Our very disappointing issue was with the beach. It is covered in rocks. The entire coastline from the resort to these condos. You can't swim in the ocean. My kids got hurt because we had NO warning. They are very dangerous and everywhere. We drove to Flagler to go to the beach. Not what we expected. They do close the pools early also and the rec room. So overall if you want a beautiful, perfect place to stay and don't care about swimming in the ocean you'll be fine here.

Perfect relaxing weekend

Grad Beach Trip

The temperature in the condo was suffocating when we entered but I do understand you need to keep cost down. John the maintenance man was awesome!! Biggest disadvantage for the renters is the toll you must pay when leaving the resort. I feel a pass needs to be included because it gets costly. Thanks for everything,

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought the rental agent was a bit rude. I completed the paperwork, submitted everything except the vehicle reg. forms as 2 daughters were driving together and their cars were in the shop and I didn't know until the last minute which car they were taking. I faxed the info 1 week before and Scott kept saying it wasn't complete. It was, but he was rude about it. Also they left very little toilet paper for 6 people/5 days. 1/2 used on the rolls and only 1 addl. Also only left 1/2 paper towel roll.

He accepted our request of switching us to a pet friendly unit last minute (one was available). He was always responsive and answered any questions that we had. The property was well located (2 mins. walk from the beach), clean and well maintained. We loved the beach as it was pet friendly and not crowded at all (as are most FL beaches). The unit was fully quipped with everything we needed and cooking was a breeze as there were many grocery stores/pharmacies under a mile away. We have found our new favorite property rental in FL. We will definitely return.

Very nice 3 bedroom condo.Beach was clean and quiet.Good value.

Reviewer Comments: Nice roomy condo.Get higher than 2nd floor if you want a view of ocean.We had a good time,but weather was cooler last two days.They need to get a better system for guard at gate.Traffic backed up there.Very nice pools,and amenities.We will go there again,as it was quieter and relaxing and pools were both heated enough to swim,even at cooler temps.Very well taken care of amenities,we had a good time there.

Even though it didn't have the ocean view that I always look forward to it still had a nice balcony and view. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. We spent most of the time near the beach access by the pool and the poolside service was such a neat and added treat! Not overly crowded on the beach or at the pool. Every staff member we encountered was super helpful and so nice. Overall, we loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely plan another vacation there! Thank you so much!

The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable; and the 3 bedrooms (2 twins in children's room) were perfect. Although the balcony has a view of the golf course rather than the ocean and we did not get the ocean breeze, the beach is just a short walk away, with an access on the other side of the building beside us and the rental price was very reasonable for peak season. This was our second time staying at this resort and renting through Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rental Pros, and we just love this place and the fine service we have received. Thank you very much.

We started off with a rainbow over the Club pool, which is only walking distance from the condo. Same for the beach, and the beach is wonderful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a little nicer than the pictures lead to believe. It was clean when we arrived. Everything worked and the condo is nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and sheets. The walk to the beach is short. The pool on the property is also nice. There were no issues with parking. Only gripe is that the beds are not comfortable if you are used to a nice bed. We brought a memory foam topper, which helped on one of the beds, but as an adult, they were far too hard for us.
