First time VRBO rental weekend. It was awesome Facilities neat and clean facility workers visible and friendly. Beach was wonderful. Our condo had everything you wanted at the beach.

perfect for a couple

perfect if you want to be on ground floor, just needed 2 tommy beach chairs for the beach. everything was great!

Excellent unit and complex

This unit provided easy access to the courtyard and the beach. Overall this unit provided a wonderful and relaxing week.

Just as advertised

This rental was exactly like the pictures. Access to the beach was right there. They are still working on reconstruction of the sea wall so there was some noise but nothing major. Pools were great. Would definitely recommend and rent here again.

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay, but bought beach towels and packed a hair dryer because description said neither item was provided. When we moved in both appeared to be available. Other that we had a wonderful time. Apartment was comfortable and near everything. Two pools and the ocean was 500 yards away. Thanks for a lovely vacation.

Winter Retreat

Our condo was very spacious , well equipped and very comfortable ! Only issues, dehumidifier stayed on 24/7 and I feel the owners need to take all cleaning supplies from hall closet and move them to bedroom closet and make the hall closet a pantry for food items! Overall it was wonderful and we will return!!

Convenient Location

Even though we didn't need it, this unit is perfect for those requiring a short distance from the parking space to the unit. And with it on the first floor makes it easy to unpack & pack the car. Unit is clean & tastefully decorated with all required amenities.

Nice place for a short stay

The condo was well appointed and clean. Plenty of towels and toilet paper, a hair dryer, etc. Sheets were nice and soft as well. The only surprise was that both of the hot tubs were shut down and one of the pools was closed as well. There was nothing about that in the listing, and we were disappointed about the hot tubs, being that it’s winter. So maybe check with the actual property if you want to be sure that everything is working. They did disclose that the sea wall area hasn’t been rebuilt, but you can still access the beach, so that was fine. Nice location for loading and unloading your car since it’s ground-level and your parking spot is literally 5 steps from the door. We would stay here again for a short trip. Thanks!

Great place on the first floor - just a few steps to the pool and a few more to the beachAnd parking was just 40 feet from our room door! Great little place stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach.

Close to ocean.

If you are looking for an accessible property, this is not for you. Wheelchairs, nor walkers fit thru bathroom door. Access to beach are stairs only. They did not ramp the access. It is comfortable and cute.
