Marina was an excellent host and always quick to get back to us when we had a question. She even gave us personalized recommendations of places not to miss when we visited Stanford University. Her home was clean, comfortable and quiet. We spent a great week at their home and would highly recommend.

Very convenient location, just 2 houses down from a walking path to the beach and a very short drive to the Nisene Woods state park for hiking. Clean place with lots of amenities, including all the beach things you could want, full kitchen, and laundry machines. Feel like a local in this super quiet neighborhood and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean!

This property is amazing. I will definitely be going back. The hosts were awesome and very quick to respond. We had absolutely no trouble and the binder they had for guests was so helpful. The neighborhood was great and the nearness of the beach was perfection.

This place is great!!! This is the second time we have stayed here. It is very clean. Great vibe and I love the peaceful location. Very easy beach access.

This was a great place to stay for the 4 of us! Clean, quiet, and close to the beach!I would reccomend walking to Maryanne's for ice cream and Castelli's Deli for coffee and muffins!The driveway fit our full size 4 door pickup so it can fit pretty much any vehicle.We would stay here again!

Beautiful impeccably clean property, with all the amenities and comfort you could ever want, proximity to the beach, walking, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay!

This is the perfect beach house. I did not need one thing. Marina and Sasha literally thought of everything when stocking this house! There are towels for the beach, sand toys, chairs and boogie boards. You literally can just bring your swim suit! The place is impeccably clean and literally a 4 min walk to the beach. Close to everything! They also provide aquarium and park passes for you to use during your stay. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Marina and Sasha!

Great beach holiday

After a busy week of touring in California we really enjoyed our week in Aptos. The location was great with the beach and dining options within walking distance. The house had everything you needed and was very comfortable.

Great time for family

My husband and 2 children (18 & 23) had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a beautiful beach and shops and restaurants. We would recommend and stay here again!

Fun get away

The location was perfect.Comfortable beds and all the amenities that we needed. The state park and Monterey Aquarium passes were a bonus that we used. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Aptos!

We had a great week in Aptos. Marina and Sasha were the best hosts. The house had the best location and the walk to the beach is so beautiful. It was also so nice to have access to the aquarium and state parks passes too!

This property is just as advertized, within steps of the beach and walking distance to restaurants, markets and other stores. The place was impeccably clean, and had everything you'd need for a restful beach vacation.

Comfortable and close to beach

Worked well as our base to Car Week in Carmel and for a quick jaunt to the Beach. Clean and well kept, the host were quick to respond to any questions
