Wonderful property-great backyard. Would definitely go back. Perfect for our family of three plus one puppy.

Awesome

Great property, our stay was very comfortable. Property manager was always instant in their response for whenever we needed. Overall it was an awesome place to spend quality time with my family, will definitely come back again.

An amazing time!

My family and I had a fantastic time in this home! Just as advertised, the house is lovely, clean, quiet, and convenient. The management company was extremely communicative, when we did run into a couple issues, they had a handyman over to fix them within 24 hours. Can't wait to book with them again!

Overall wonderful stay

Good location, nice house and had everything we needed. Only complaints would be the kitchen had a ton of small ants that got into any boxed food left on counter like cookies or covered bags of chips even if unopened. Also the washing machine had mold in it. Overall good experience.

Great Cape Cod Vacation

This house is just as listed. The location and house were both great! I will admit I didn't love that you had to rent linens but it wasn't too much of a bother really. One note is that it says it is kuerig style coffee maker but the kuerig is missing a part so doesn't work. It does have a regular coffee maker also so just bring regular coffee not pods. Overall great stay!

We know it was important to them to offer both types of coffee makers. We are glad the linen rental was seamless. Many homes on the Cape do not offer linens in the summer weeks. Great First Trip to the Cape

This cute home was licated within walking distance of the beach and an easy bike ride to historic main street. The location was great. Super clean and well maintained property. The back yard was huge and fenced in so we had lots of privacy. We were very comfortable here and everything worked (appliances, etc). We would stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable home

Thought this house was wonderful! Kitchen was bright and spacious. Bedrooms were comfortable. The lack of linens was inconvenient and while it was mentioned in the listing should have been more prominent. Probably would have chosen another house if we had noticed prior to booking. Check out time at 9am was also really inconvenient. Even with COVID this is the first listing that I’d seen with a checkout that early. Overall great house and good experience. Nice backyard for entertaining!

We appreciate your feed back about the linens and check out time and do understand. Our guests feed back is what we depend on to continually make changes and improvement for our guests experience. Covid really did change the way we had to function this past year and while the 9 am check out is early we would have been happy to give you a later check out upon request.
