Everything inside the unit was nice and clean. We (along with the vehicle behind us) each had issues with the gate code we were given. With a phone call it was handled quickly. The area was nice and quiet. We had a partial ocean view from our balcony. My husband is handicapped so parking was not an issue for us, but did seem to be for other guests. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary items. Overall was a good experience considering it was a holiday weekend.

Property was mostly clean. There was a bunch of sand on the floor that could have been swept up better before our arrival. I get we are at the beach but it could have been done better. Images are deceiving. This room is very small and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The pool on our side of the building was closed the entire trip. I asked someone who was cleaning it when it would be open the second day here. He said the next day... It never opened. The pool on the otherside was overcrowded due to ours being closed.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the sandy floor. We would have been happy to send the housekeeping staff back to make it right. The pool unfortunately had a mechanical issue and DHEC shut it down until the issue was repaired. It is reopened.

Great location

The location was wonderful. Everything was so close to us. The beach was a five minute walk and there were so many restaurants in the neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and we plan to go back again soon.

Annual beach trip!

We love this property. It’s clean and safe. Close to Coliginy Plaza which is a great spot for food and shopping. Can not praise it enough.

The pool on our side of the property was shut down for most of the week because of problems keeping it clean and the mechanicals. There were minor maintance issues in our apartment unit that quickly got resolved & communication with the rental office was very good and very prompt and appropriately responded to the few concerns that arose. We were in unit 206 which is pretty small but it was good for myself and my too children. I had two turn the bed on a different wall two allow the master bedroom two properly cool and vent. That is an awkward sized and shaped room and is difficult to maneuver in. in that unit, it would’ve been helpful to have storage up high on the outside balcony for boogie boards and towel & swimsuit hanging capabilities. Overall it was ok, but it is small. It would be nice if you offered more hangers to allow people to hang their clothing since there isn’t much storage space for the dressers.

Perfectly Peaceful & Pleasant

Area was quiet. All the amenities needed were in the apartment. Couldn't get the tv to work but who really cares!?!

Percent for the two of us . Clean and well equipped Only two complaints the bedroom would not get cool and the people directly above us had a small child that ran the floor every night between 9:30 -11

Great location!

The condo building is right on the beach and you can see the ocean from the unit. It is also located just a short walk from Coligny Beach and Coligny Plaza that has all kinds of restaurants and shopping. We have a 9 and 10 yr old and the four of us didn’t even rent bikes because we could easily walk over to the Plaza from the unit. It was a little tight for 4 people but you really can’t beat the location and the value and Stephanie was great. Very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location

If you are staying with 6 people, the top bunk doesn’t have a way to get up there and it could use some rails, for the kids. That would be my only complaint. Other than that, it’s right next to the beach, tons of places to eat and walk to from the condo.

My stay at Hilton Head Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few hiccups with our stay...dirty linens in the restroom, dirty pants in the oven, and on the day of check out, the cleaning people were an hour early and the did not knock, they just unlocked the door and tried to come in. I was so shocked not to mention very afraid because it was so unexpected for them to do that.I mentioned all my concerns to the rental office and they were very apologetic and promised to make it right.

206 Father's Day weekend

It was a nice place. Only thing that we didn't like was that the bunk bed didn't have a ladder or a little security bar to keep them up there. They got too scared and slept on the pull out. The last place in the facility had like a little wood beam across the bed so they wouldn't fall out and a ladder in the closet. No biggie. Bathroom counter space kinda was small because of the sink but I understand that you don't have much room to work with. It was clean. Loved the modern fridge and dishwasher. Had a great time.

It was okay

Pros: Proximity to the beach and town, all necessary cooking utensils, plenty of linens and towels- Cons: The unit itself was just okay. The walls/ceiling and underneath hard to reach (but visible) areas were gross. AC unit is a wall unit that doesn't do a good job of cooling the back bedroom. More than one dishwashing pack would be nice. The complex was also very dirty. It seems the floors never get cleaned and the pool was very small and dirty with hair and grime floating everywhere. For the price, I don't think it's worth it. If you can, choose a different complex!

A good time with a few issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. However there were several problems along the way. When we arrived it was not very clean. They were stains on the different tables that I had to clean. I'm not sure if it was swept as there was still the previous person ear plugs in the floor and a few other items. We found out that our unit next to us had the same access code and I accidentally walked into their room by mistake. We requested another code and the staff quickly responded and gave it to us. One morning the water was shut off and another morning the breaker kept blowing in the bathroom. The staff were quick to respond. The room was very small. The beach gate access code provided never worked.We did enjoy our stay though. We enjoyed being able to see the ocean from our room and being able to walk there quickly. They were just several problems along the way that were not ideal to deal with on vacation.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that the villa was not as clean as it should have been and the issue with the lock would have to be a million to one. We don't manage either of the units on the side of this one and the chances of the same kind of lock with the same six+ digit code with a *or # sign would be amazing. Perhaps the door to the unit next door was already open. Either way, I'm glad we could provide you with another code and you felt safe as you should be. I'm happy our staff quickly responded.

Adequate for our needs - good value

Place was fine for our needs, but my stay in HH last year set very high standards.. It was evident the couch was older, and we could have used a coffee table. The bed was small and very limited room to navigate around the bed if you need to get up in the middle of the night. Not much space for suitcases. It was limited, not fancy but adequate for the rate. Location was very convenient and wonderful for us.

The shower was dirty and full of sand. Otherwise it was okay. The shower also had drainage issues. We had to call to ask someone to come out and fix it. They were prompt and successful with fixing the problem.
