Overall happy with the stay. Communication with host was excellent. Parking is off site and can be pricey. Loved staying in printers alley. Different vibe and not as crowded as broadway but just a short walk. Room was very clean. Darold was very helpful.

Perfect location. 3 minute walk to Broadway. The loft is clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the heat and ac worked great. The loft was quiet and had a blackout shade. Things to note for those who don’t wake early and are light sleepers - you can hear your neighbors walking around getting ready for their day. No street noise. Would definitely stay again.

If you are looking for the ultimate Nashville experience, look no further. This downtown loft completely blew us away!• The Perfect Location: We were steps away from all the action, incredible restaurants, and live music, yet the loft itself felt like a peaceful, stylish retreat. We didn't have to worry about long Ubers or complicated commutes—everything was right at our doorstep.• The Perfect Host: Communication was seamless from start to finish. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering fantastic local recommendations and checking in to ensure a smooth experience!!I will be referring this place to everyone I know!

It was the perfect location!! It was such a fun place to be, The history of the building was fun to read about. Darold was a great help with everything and nice to know that he was there. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Nashville.

Location location location!!! Literally 3 mins from Broadway as well as lots of cool bars right outside your door! There is a small store close by that has all you need for a few days stay and tons of great restaurants! Loved it!

This studio exceed my expectations. It’s nested right in the middle of a really cool alleyway. There are bars, food to-go, sit down restaurants, karaoke, live music, and even a burlesque show all within the alley. I felt very safe and the people watching from the 1st floor patio was a favorite. Very lively environment. It’s so close to Broadway that we never had to Uber. We had an amazing time.

It was good to have the ability to do some laundry during the stay. perfect location to be able to enjoy downtown Nashville. Short walk to anything you would need during your stay.

Communication was excellent. Darold was a great host and was very accommodating. Having the ability to leave bags before and after check in/check out was very helpful, especially after the airline cancelled our scheduled return flight. Location was fantastic - close to everything. Would stay again.

Perfect for 2-3 people in safe easy to access location. Quiet and far enough away from Broadway to decompress. Close to wonder jazz and blues clubs as well as diners and restaurants.
