Other than a couple of small maintenance items, the condo was a great place to stay. Conveniently located, private FREE parking, really nice pool, comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

Place was very clean and had what you needed. The floor is on a slant and walls are very thin. The person above us was very loud late into the night which made our first night there sleeping difficulties.

On the VRBO website it stated that this was a 3 bedroom condo. It was a 2 bedroom condo. When I reached out to the owner she said that VRBO sometimes states it’s a 3 bedroom when there is a sleep sofa in the living room and that she has no control over it. The place was not at all clean and one of the bedrooms had black mold in the shower. We all walked around barefoot until we noticed that our feet were BLACK. The floors were filthy. It’s an old rundown condo that needs alot of work. Definitely not in a good location. I would not recommend walking around at night in this neighborhood. It was also not very well supplied. Also the closet in master bedroom was locked so we couldn’t use it. I had nowhere to hang my dresses. I ended up having to hang them off of hooks in the master bathroom. I would not recommend staying at this place.

We're sorry this stay didn't meet your expectations. Our listing clearly describes this home as a 2-bedroom, 2-bath in multiple places. VRBO automatically counts the additional sleeping area as a third room, which is outside our control. When the guest raised cleanliness concerns, we responded the same day and offered to send staff to clean and repair the shower caulking. The guest declined and chose a refund of the cleaning fee instead, which we issued in full. An available closet was offered in the additional bedroom. We've since addressed the issues with our cleaning team. We appreciate the feedback.

The location was great! It was close to Broadway but far enough away to be quiet. The view of the river from the balcony was really nice! Several boats go by. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped and clean. The check-in process was easy and as described. Enjoyed my stay!

65th Birthday Mini trip

My sister and our spouses enjoyed our 3 night stay...we needed towels and they were delivered promptly. Checkin and out was easy, and given an early afternoon arrival, we appreciated early checkin.
