Other than a couple of small maintenance items, the condo was a great place to stay. Conveniently located, private FREE parking, really nice pool, comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

Place was very clean and had what you needed. The floor is on a slant and walls are very thin. The person above us was very loud late into the night which made our first night there sleeping difficulties.

The location was great! It was close to Broadway but far enough away to be quiet. The view of the river from the balcony was really nice! Several boats go by. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped and clean. The check-in process was easy and as described. Enjoyed my stay!

Great Location.
Within walking distance to downtown! Clean and comfortable for two couples! It was fun watching the boats in the river. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice and super convenient!
The condo was perfect. It was conveniently located and very nicely decorated. We had a great time and look forward to staying again.

Weekend in Nash!
Great location!! Property was nice but really could use a major deep clean! Beds were super comfy and kitchen was fully stocked. Very comfy place.

65th Birthday Mini trip
My sister and our spouses enjoyed our 3 night stay...we needed towels and they were delivered promptly. Checkin and out was easy, and given an early afternoon arrival, we appreciated early checkin.

Nashville Visit
First time to Nashville. Overall the condo was a nice place to stay and relatively close to the bar strip and not far from other sites.

Fun time in Nashville
We had a great stay. Val was very accommodating. The condo is right on the riverfront. Easy walk to both Germantown and Downtown.

Weekend get away
Stay was acceptable had a great time only issue was the noise from unit above. Footsteps, talking you could even smell their breakfast.

Great Location! Very Clean!
Easy check in to this stylish condo! Walking distance to many activities and an inexpensive Uber ride to the local destinations as well.
Condo was well appointed and clean!
Would definitely stay here is IF it were guaranteed that the people on the floor above were going to be gone-their foot steps were a bit loud.
