Cute, comfortable centrally located Home

Great couple of days with 3 teens + 2 small pups. Home was really well taken care of and had all the things (including a blender) and more, you would need. Fun little firepit w/wood and fully fenced yard, to keep pups safe. Walkable to very quaint downtown Brevard and food lion. Music venue, small restaurant scene and coffee/ice cream within a 5 minute walk.

This cottage was perfect for my husband and myself this past weekend. The home was so nice and cozy with good beds and all the amenities we needed. We felt safe and secure the whole time during our stay. We dined at some fabulous places, all within walking distance. We went in most all the shops in town and there are many, all within walking distance. The Owner was very responsive and the check in/out was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay in Brevard and will book this cottage when we return.

We had an amazing time staying here! The location was amazing, walking distance to town and King Street and close to both Pisgah and DuPont! House was clean and well equipped!

Beautiful cottage walking distance to wonderful breakfast spots and restaurants and unique shops. Comfortable and relaxing to come back to after a day of hiking or shopping!

Hosts very helpful and totally responsive. Space very clean and has about anything you could want. Walkable to downtown and to groceries, etc. Would definitely rent again.

The location of this property is great, the house was clean and the kitchen well appointed. I am sure it is not easy being a pet friendly house but that being said, the furniture and rugs were a bit tired. The house could be vastly improved with window treatments that let in some light. It was very dark and yet the lighting was shockingly bright. It would make the property much more comfortable by putting some soft white lights in the fixtures. The screened in porch was a bit disappointing. I would have loved to hang out and read a book but there was not one piece of comfortable furniture. At some point I reached out to the management company, they said I was speaking to a person, but I felt like I was talking to a robot. All in all it was totally fine, again great location, but I felt like it was overpriced once you add in all the fees.

We’re sorry the lighting and porch seating did not feel as comfortable as they should have. We do have blinds throughout the home and seating on the screened porch, but your comments are helpful, and we are already looking at softer light bulbs and ways to make the porch more inviting for reading and relaxing. We also regret that your interaction with the management company felt impersonal. That is not the experience we want guests to have, and we’ll be following up on that as well. Thank you again for the feedback. We appreciate it and will use it to improve the cottage for future guests.

While we use faux flower arrangements due to allergies, we’ll explore higher-quality options to create a more welcoming feel. We also recognize that travel schedules don’t always align perfectly with checkout times. Our standard 10:00 a.m. checkout ensures the home is ready for arriving guests, and we were happy to accommodate both an early check-in and a 10:30 a.m. departure, aiming to be as flexible as possible. We hope this context is helpful and provides insight for future guests to enjoy their time at the cottage.

Great location.

Never been to Brevard before, had a great time there. This cute little cottage was comfortable, with great amenities. It was walking distance from great local bars and breweries. Also walking distance from downtown. When we come back to Brevard this will be out go to!
