We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very clean, comfortable and cozy, and supplied just about everything you need. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the neighborhood was very convenient and quiet. The only thing that we weren't happy about was there was no cable television service provided. That was quite surprising as we had never encountered that in any of the dozens of vacation rentals we've stayed in. If that's not anything that's important to you, than this is a wonderful place to stay. If the owners decided to provide cable service we would definitely stay here again.

Third visit to this conveniently located comfortable Brevard home! Great location, easy walk to downtown restaurants and stores as well as easy walk to the Brevard College campus. White squirrel watch continued; there seem to be more white squirrels every year. Husband bought discs and enjoyed playing the Brevard College disc golf course. We also golfed four times at the Sherwood Forest par 3 course located 15 – 20 minutes away. Thanks for sharing your clean, comfortable cottage! We look forward to returning!

This is a really great house!! It was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It is super close to downtown with all of the restaurants and shops within walking distance. The yard is securely fenced and nice sized, w/firepit. The owners were nice and easy to work with, and quick to respond. One thing to keep in mind is that being so close to town puts you on a busy corner. And there are many loud cars that pass through at all hours.

The home was beautifully renovated, and it felt like the host really cared about every little detail. They chose the perfect paint color, towels, bedding, everything, to put the guest at ease. The neighborhood is well-cared for, with a darling park a block away. The downtown area was within a short walk. We absolutely loved everything about it!
