And truth be told, we did opt for the firmer side of medium softness for the topper. Top tip? If you ever are back this way, please ask me to remove the Fawcett Mattress 4" topper because under it there are 2 single Fawcett Mattresses! The one nearest the bathroom is soft, and the one against the wall is hard! We made it a 'his and hers' situation for our personal stays because even Sean and I, after all these years, still can't agree on what a firm mattress is! The big TV question, oh my ... the TV was a talking point for most of the time during the renovation; ultimately we opted for the 'bring your own device' approach, the strong wifi can handle it.
