Oceanfront Luxurious Condo sitting atop Dana Headlands boasting the best views in Dana Point. Beautiful Strand Beach beckons you just steps below and offers some of the best surf around. Want to relax by the pool? Just walk out your front door and grab a lounge chair. Views extend up the coastline and to Catalina. Conveniently located between Los Angeles and San Diego, this rental is close to all major Southern California attractions.



NOTE: There are no outside visitors allowed - this condo is just for the guests renting



This luxury rental sits high atop Dana Headlands with whitewater views that stretch on for miles. Dolphin and whale sightings are common from the patio of this condo. Take a stroll down to Strand Beach via the path right below and catch a wave. This condo has been highly upgraded including slate tile floors, stylish furnishings, and upgraded kitchen appliances. The cozy living room has comfortable seating and takes full advantage of the view while offering the comforts of a fireplace or watching a large flat screen TV. Dine alfresco on the front patio and catch a dip in the heated pool that is shared by only 8 units. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable master bed, TV, dresser, and privacy shades. Attached to the master is a full sized bathroom with shower, guest bathroom off hallway. The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds and TV. Inside washer and dryer plus a full shared laundry room in back. Located just south of Laguna Beach, Dana Point is one of California's jewels of coastal living with its close proximity to LA and San Diego and all major theme parks: Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Lego Land, San Diego Zoo and Sea World. Gorgeous views, place clean and well appointed, pool clean and fully heated, only one fully functional toilet which is sometimes inconvenient for accommodating 4 adult guests, steep incline with lots of steps to access beach. Great beach and ocean views from high bluff, great rigorous hiking trails.

The best view at Dana Point. We stayed 12 nights over the holidays. It is a lovely home with an amazing patio overlooking all of Dana Strands Beach and beyond. Fun to watch the surfers below and walk the boardwalk along the shore. At night you can see all the lights of the city. It is a beautiful property. With very responsive owners if there is a need. I would definitely recommend this property and will return.

What a delightful and relaxing way to take in our Southern California vacation! That view is resplendent! The beach below was an exhilarating walk. The furnishings and linens were very comfortable. All appliances worked well. We did find the wifi was weak while sitting on the deck, but checked ourselves. Why would we be on our screens when we should be present in our beach view living. We pulled out the binoculars and saw a couple of whales!Communication to answer questions and quickly resolve the one supply issue we had was very much appreciated! Even our condo neighbours were friendly and helpful, offering great ideas to explore the area. Our one regret is not knowing about the ferry trip to Catalina Island in time to make a reservation. That will have to be next time!Thanks for everything! We hope to be back soon!

Condo with beautiful views!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cute Dana Point condo. Everything was clean and the condo was well appointed. Lots of little extra things you might need: extension cord, batteries, cleaning products, extra paper products, etc. We loved the downtown area. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Thanksgiving Stay

We needed some extra space for family during the Thanksgiving holiday week. We live nearby and wanted a place for our family to go back and forth quickly and easily. This condo was super clean and had the most amazing view of Strands beach. It was a short walk to our favorite surfing spots. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful ocean views!

The views are spectacular and the trail over Dana Point Headlands is close by.Unfortunately the condo owners adjacent to and above the rental are hostile. The owner above stomps around and the owners at the pool are difficult at best. Fortunately, I swim elsewhere and was mostly able to avoid them. This is not the fault of the host who is truly wonderful. And the condo itself was spotless.

Incredible place with incredible views! So happy with our stay! Super easy check in. It had everything you could need in the kitchen. Attention to so many small details that make a place feel like home, like apple tv, google home, kids games, phone chargers, beach towels, extra blankets, pump hand soap at every sink, keurig & regular coffee makers, ice packs in the freezer. The pool was nice & warm & the place was immaculately clean, which most places are never clean enough for me, especially inside drawers....but this place was so clean I didn't feel the need to clean it, which is saying something! LOL! This jewel is a step above and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Location Location Location

The pictures do this place justice. The views are amazing, whether it's looking up the Dana Strand Beach, out to Catalina Island or just watching the sunset. Truly spectacular. For the 4th of July we sat on the deck and watched 5 different fireworks shows. So beautiful. The walk to the beach is long, and steep so for some folks this may be a challenge. The quality of the remodel is excellent however the kitchen was not equipped for a gourmet cook. We did use the BBQ and it was great. The 8-unit complex is mostly owner-occupied which makes it more challenging as a vacation renter.

Ac was a disaster. Loud and cycling temp unit in the master. Main ac panel disconnected for some unknown reason. Outdated AV. I would not stay again. Great view but not worth the money.

I don't know how the guest can say the AC was a disaster when we don't have or never have advertised central air conditioning. Its never been part of this beach rental. We did add a small room AC unit to the master bedroom for warmer nights.

My daughter and I vacationed at this lovely unit. Easy access to the hiking trails, the beach and dining. It was truly an award winning stay.

Beautiful property. Steps from door to spectacular ocean view. Property manager met us upon arrival showed us the property and helped us unpack the car. Amazing…..never happened before at any Vrbo rental.
