Great location right across the street from Kahalu’u beach park. Great views, enjoyed sitting on the balcony mornings and evenings. Great / easy communication with hosts. Would stay there again.

Very clean and spacious condo with nice bath products and comfy beds. Location to a nice beach as well as to explore other areas of interest is perfect. Would definitely visit on a return trip.

We had a wonderful visit. The condo was perfect for a family of 4. Plenty of space, great parking and a wonderful view. One of the best properties we've ever stayed at and we would book it again in an instant if we visit again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Tricia and Donato’s condo. The condo was very clean and the grounds and buildings are very well maintained. We loved the condo’s floor plan and the view of the beach from the patio My son enjoyed walking across the street to surf and we loved snorkeling in the morning. Maholo and if we ever stay on the Kona side of the Big Island, we will book their place.

Great access to beach. Owner has an umbrella and 4 chairs available. Nice pool on site. Snorkeling was awesome. Near grocery

We had a fantastic stay! The property had plenty of space for our family of 5. The location was amazing, the snorkeling across the street was everyone’s favorite part of our trip. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals in if you plan on it and we weren’t far from the grocery store and plenty of great restaurants. We would definitely recommend and will look into staying again if/when we come back.

Excellent location and accomodation

Extremely close to Kahaluu Beach Park. Love that beach and the snorkeling there! Great condo with lots extras and very nice view.

It is a place to stay

The place is clean and kitchen is fully stocked with good pans and spices. It’s close to awesome snorkeling spots. I love the location and the owner is responsive to emails.

Hidden Kona gem

Great location. Comfortable and well maintained. Great snorkeling beach across the street. Night snorkel with manta rays a must do.

Luxury condo

The upscale tropical furnishings are a plus. Convenient to a delightful park for snorkeling, swimming. Relaxing and sunset views. Easy to drive to South Point, coffee farms and shops.

Great location, comfortable apartment

We loved the location - easy access to beach and beautiful view! The apartment was quiet and very comfortable for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). The owners and manager provided great information for things to do in the area. Apartment is well stocked with kitchen and beach gear alike. Would definitely stay here again if we travel back to Kona.

Great stay on the big island

The property was just as described! It had a great oceanfront view from the lanai and the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beach across the street was great for snorkeling, especially in the morning! Bring water shoes as entry at the beach is rocky but the snorkeling was fun. We went out every morning.

The condo was wonderful! Great location and beautiful views within our budget.

The condo was clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitcen and most bathroom items. It was also stocked with beach gear which made it very convenient and saved us the expense of renting boogie boards and snorkel gear. The location was great and views were beautiful! Owners were very responsive with any questions and requests we had.The on-site manager was helpful the few times we needed her. We would definitely stay there again!

We want our guests to be comfortable and to have a carefree, relaxing vacation. This is why we are continually making improvements in our condo, and providing things like snorkel gear and beach chairs that our guests can use for free!

Perfect for our expectations

The property was perfectly clean on arrival. The most well equipped vrbo we have ever stayed in. King bed in the master was very comfortable. The lanai view looking across the bay with your coffee in the morning is as good as it gets. Your shower after a day in the ocean is wonderful in either of the two bathrooms, plenty of pressure and space. Location was our sweet spot. Really nice pool and hot tub. Dan

Beautiful place to stay at a great location

Location, location, location... this condo is located across from one of the best snorkeling spots on the island, near grocery, restaurants, parks, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kauila-Kona, but close enough to visit. Every morning my my family walked across the road and went straight to the beach to snorkel. What an experience! It is about 25-30 minutes from Two Step, close enough that we went there twice, and about 15 minutes from the wonderful South Kona Fruit Stand where we got our fruit and smoothies for our stay. The condo is exactly as shown in photos, clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Owners were responsive and property manager was available when we needed her. I can highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Great stay at impressive west side location

Everything we could ask for. Perfect location across from Kahalu'u Beach Park. Snorkeled there numerous times during our stay. Just right distance from Kailua-Kona area. Near enough to shop, sightsee, etc., yet far enough away from constant busyness of the area. Close to many other snorkeling and sight-seeing areas as well. Condo in excellent condition and great amenities. We sat and ate on the lanai every day. Made frequent use of beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Master bedroom comfortable and bathrooms excellent. Washer and dryer useful as well. Only small suggestions would be to add a cutting board and a pizza cutter. Outside of those, we found everything we needed.
