The location of this property was amazing! The side deck gave extra space and the surfers out front were so fun to watch!

Beach front

What a wonderful location! Waking up every morning to the sound of waves crashing was so relaxing along with perfect sunsets. Oceanfront doesn't begin to describe the view and watching the surfers perform each morning. Definitively worth the extra money. Some of the things provided were not working or snorkeling fins missing clasps and one umbrella pin was missing. We purchased our own snorkel gear and they had an additional umbrella so we didn't miss out on some snorkeling fun.

Banyan Tree 200 had everything we needed. It was at a great location with a phenomenal ocean view. The kitchen was well stocked and didn’t lack anything.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The home was clean. The ocean view was incredible. The location is very convenient. There is no AC in the master bedroom, so the door must be left open.

We loved everything about the condo. The beach view was amazing. Watching surfers all day was fun! Oh, and the waves at Magic Sands were the biggest and strongest waves we had ever swam in. We would highly recommend this place.

Awesome anniversary trip

We stayed here for all of our first visit to the big island of Hawaii. It was a great property with a breathtaking view. All four of us enjoyed the stay and the reasonable pricing and it is conveniently located to all Kona has to offer. Highly recommend this unit.

Banyon 200

Prime location and close to many attractions; snorkeling, hiking and restaurants. Accommodations met our expectations. Property is well maintained and friendly occupants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, right on Banyan surf break. Bedrooms could need a remodel but incredible views, great kitchen and lanai

Great location and apartment!

The pictures are accurate for this place! Well maintained apartment and property with a view you will never get sick of! There is plenty of room and very well stocked with necessities and also beach stuff. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to enjoy the Big Island

Large well appointed 2 bedroom condo with fantastic ocean views. Really enjoyed the views of waves and surfers through the living room window. Also, a great location to explore the Big Island from. Stayed two weeks March 2024.

Perfect home in Kona

Banyon Tree was ideal: morning coffee on the Lania watching the surfers below, easy access up and down the coast. The condo was extremely well equipped, with good kitchen, beach & snorkling toys, even a good first aid kit.

5 star host and perfect location

Despite an event and some property construction during our visit Tracy was the most incredible, above and beyond, hostess helping us with much needed support and understanding. What a wonderful place! We would just LOVE to return
