The condo is very nice and clean. The entire facility was also very nice with water rinse off and a very inviting pool. Great location and best of all is the stunning view.Will definitely stay again.

Great condo! The view is outstanding with a huge balcony. Very clean, cute decor, and great location. I wish my stay was longer!

The condo was nice. For 4 adults for a week, there could have been a couple of additional bath towels instead of just 5. An extra roll of toilet paper would have also been nice. We did have to spend about 20 minutes cleaning the patio of about 2-3 lbs of dirt and sand, several dead bugs and about a dozen jigsaw puzzle pieces scattered about. However, if we return to the area, we would stay there again.

We apologize you had to spend time cleaning the patio — that is not the standard we expect. This property is on a regular pest-control program and has been treated; pests can be more common in coastal areas, but we will reinforce patio and exterior checks with housekeeping and update the cleaning checklist to prevent missed debris like sand, bugs, or puzzle pieces. We provide a starter pack of towels and basic paper supplies; we’ll work on improving our pre-arrival communication so guests know what to expect. Thank you — we appreciate your comments.

June Family Trip

Property and location is great! A short walk to the beach! The pool was great! The location has alot of great places to eat and alot of fun activities to do with the family. We will visit this location again in the future!

As good as it gets!

This was a really great condo, it was clean and the view of the ocean is really as good as it gets! The location was great, you can walk to restaurants and the board walk. We’d love to stay here again!

Wonderful View

We came down with family to visit our daughter, she lives less than half a mile from this property. We sat on the balcony every morning and drank our coffee to this stunning view. The place is perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway Spot

We spent an extended weekend. The location was ideal. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony, watching the sun rise and the moon come up. The condo was tidy and clean.

Girls Trip

This place was amazing! Very clean, plenty of room for 4 people. Close to everything, I enjoy parking & not have to drive anywhere, everything was in a 1/2 mile walk. The area of the beach was not as crowded & clean which is a must! Will definitely book this place again!

Great location!

Great condo and location!! I will definitely stay here again. Only thing that would make it better would be a more comfortable mattress or mattress topper in main bedroom. Current mattress is very firm and not the most confortable.

More than we expected.

We were very pleased with the property. We are seniors who just like to relax and go to the beach so we spent a lot of time in the apartment. Everything we needed was there. Plan to go next year.

Wonderful vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location and the view is amazing. Updated master bathroom. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean views. Easy to get to the beach and a lifeguard stand right at the beach access. The pool is not deep (5ft) but it was always clean and it was a refreshing way to end the day. Boardwalk is close enough to walk and of course we enjoyed Britts Donuts a couple of times throughout the week. Wouldn’t change a thing, unless it was to just stay longer😊 Hoping to stay again soon!!

Great location

The room was spacious, the balcon was incredible, the wall to the beach was a little more than anticipated but I was previously very spoiled by an extremely short walk. This was very doable. Even for my mom with mobility issues. The pool was the the best kept pool I have ever been in. The on-site outdoor shower was soo handy. Spacious parking, accessible elevator (elevator needs updating). Well stocked kitchen and great layout. Highly recommend this property and the rental company.

Wish we could have stayed there!

Didn’t get to stay in the condo! Flooding didn’t allow us to stay there in this condo that we booked 3 months prior. Two days after we arrived, someone else was in this condo that we so much wanted to experience. It was a much disappointment!

Anniversary getaway

The bathtub stopper didn’t work so couldn’t use the bathtub and the property manager wasn’t responsive to us mentioning it. As has been reported by others, the door handle in the main balcony is broken, but it was a great location and unit that we enjoyed a lot and would return to.

The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all needed dishes, cookware, and utensils. The sitting area in the living room was a bit uncomfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. There was no hot water at the sink, which made me wonder if the dishwasher had hot water.
