Filthy, dissatisfied, disappointed
We were really disappointed and it will be reflected in all of our online reviews which will not be favorable. The unit (#8) was filthy. Our feet were black from the floors being so dirty and there was broken glass (which was stepped on by one of the women with us) all over the kitchen floor and carpet in the living room area. The coffee mugs had not been cleaned and there was dead bugs on bathroom countertops and on the floor. One of the beds had slats that collapsed in the middle of the night, shocking the occupants and hurting one of their backs. The cover of the living room couch was stained and nasty, so we were uncomfortable with the idea of sitting there, making the living room area almost unusable. The refrigerator light was out and the cords on many of the blinds were broken. When we called/texted/emailed, the response was courteous and quick, however when the cleaning people came in, their cleaning efforts were lackluster at best. At least the bed was fixed though. No efforts were made to compensate us for the condition of the unit. Again, very disappointed and we feel like we were ripped off.
