GREAT LOCATION the corner of 2 wide streets! One short block to new fenced-in playground, tennis court, and shuffleboard courts -- all next to a beautiful lake with ducks and swans and a fountain. 3 Short Blocks to beach entrance. Short walk to bus. Short drive to train.

I want my guests to have a great stay, but if you are looking for a wild crazy time, this is not the house for you – and probably not the town for you. 
Guests need to be respectful of neighbors and the property and not be loud or rowdy. No drugs, drunkenness, or under-age drinking.
No Smoking (anything) or vaping in the apartment OR on the deck. No burning candles on the premises.

Bedroom #1: Queen bed has comfortable memory foam mattress. Bedroom #2 has a twin over fulll bunkbed. Living room has a full size futon, small table, vintage hutch with drawers and dropleaf desk, 2 chairs and a Roku TV. Folding snack tables in closet. Chair for dropleaf desk is in loft bedroom.
Guests may need to sign township inspection form as inspection

Fully Equipped Kitchen has small table with 4 bar stool chairs, but you'll want to enjoy most of your meals on the spacious deck with great ocean and lake views! Outdoor dining seating for 7.
Full Bathroom. Showerhead with hand-held option. (Please note that some guests might find the access to the bathroom sink is a bit tight.)

Hallway runs the length of the apartment.
Laundry room at end of hallway has small front-load combo washer-dryer.

SECURED HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION.

Air Conditioning in bedrooms and living room.

Summer amenities include beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. A variety of books, games, and DVD's and videos (for both children and adults) are provided; Many more available upon request.

Well-behaved small to medium size dog generally allowed. $100 per pet per stay up to one month - to be added to rental quote or deducted from damage deposit. Must not cause a disturbance to neighbors. Non-aggressive breeds and temperaments only. MUST BE APPROVED in advance in writing by owner. Pet fee for 2nd approved pet must be paid directly to homeowner if not included in the booking fee.

Please note:
The apartment can only be accessed by a rather steep flight of stairs on the outside of the house. (There is also a back flight of stairs for emergency exit.) The open risers on main stairs scare some dogs.
All rooms are on the smaller side, as per photos.
A bedroom from another apartment overlooks part of the private deck. Guests there generally keep the blinds drawn for privacy.
