2 beach badges included. This open-concept space comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed and pullout sofa in the living area. Enjoy convenient parking and a prime location just two short blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Surf lessons and rentals are available nearby toward the north end of the beach. You’re also steps from the Asbury Hotel with its rooftop bar and outdoor movies, plus walking distance to top restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment throughout Asbury Park.

Antoinette’s place was perfect for an extended summer stay for me and my pups. It is roomy, clean, has great amenities and the location can’t be beat! 2 blocks to the beach and across the street from Sunset Park. Additionally only a 12 minute walk to the dog beach on 8th Avenue. Also the whole building has a warm and friendly vibe. The fact that there is a parking spot also was a game changer. Antoinette was always easy to communicate with and responded immediately to my messages although I didn’t have one problem. I hope to come back next summer. It was THAT perfect! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great accommodations, very clean and convenient to restaurants and events. Neighbors are especially nice and welcoming. Host is easy to communicate with and helpful.

Wonderful vacation.

Stayed the month of January. Antoinette was excellent and available for any questions. Very clean with an open layout.

Location! Location! Location! The apartment was a couple blocks from the boardwalk and beach.The very large apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is "open concept"-- one large room encompassing a living room with two sofas and giant screen tv, a kitchen area with plenty of cabinets and counter space, and an eating area. We spend a lot of time at the kitchen table and usually bring seat cushions, but forgot this time. That was on us.The shower is in a bathtub. This is fine for 99% of travelers. We're in the other 1%. At 82, my balance isn't the best to start with, so it was a tad dicey climbing in, especially since we forgot to bring our nonslip bathtub mat. But we knew this ahead of time from a photo on the website. We decided that the place looked so nice and was so convenient that it was worth the bit of octogenarian risk with the tub.We also travel with an assortment of kitchen implements that some places do not have. Or that have but with peeling or scratched plastic. We don't like to eat plastic. This place had everything we needed, all in good shape.At our age, we are fortunate that we still have no trouble with steps, which was good because there are some steps to get up to the outside door and then other steps inside. Again, I mention this for that tiny minority of travelers who might have trouble with steps.The assigned parking space is gold in a town where parking is at a premium.We loved the place and the whole experience!

Great location close to the beach and boardwalk! Large living space. TVs in living room and bedroom. But only one Roku remote. Host was great with communication when we arrived. There was only a bottom sheet and a throw blanket for the pull out couch. Host had sheets and extra toilet paper sent over, but no blanket.

hanks you for highlighting our convenient location and spacious living area! We appreciate your feedback and Have added an extra large blanket. Also the remote in the bedroom is a universal so it controls the roku devices as well as the TV. But we will be sure to mention that to guests moving forward! We hope to welcome you back soon!

Quiet place, close to beach.

I really liked the layout of this apartment (large bedroom, separate bathroom, great kitchen) and it was really cozy. There is parking on-site and it's a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The pull out couch in the living room was surprisingly comfortable, and it was a quiet stay. I don't think I will stay here again as there was an issue with a tenant in the building who was apparently not okay with the apartment being a vacation rental. He was very rude to me on multiple occasions, and I began not wanting to be there. I even had to walk around the block on one occasion as to not run into him because I was a little scared. The rental owner was quick to work on the issue and I really appreciated it. I felt as if she thought it was my fault that there was an issue, which made me more angry. But she doesn't know me and I might feel the same way if I were her. The building tenant was out of her control and she said this was the first time she had an issue with him. I would recommend this apartment to a very quiet single person or couple.
