Property was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. It is centrally located with convenient access to the town trolley. The only negative was the traffic noise on the road which this property is adjacent to. But I knew this beforehand and was not surprised by it. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

This condo was perfect for our family of five. It’s about a mile from downtown Durango, so you can walk or take the free (in the summer) trolley right into Downtown. The beds were very comfortable, and it was nice to have two bathrooms! You can hear the traffic from the nearby road, but it is not bothersome. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

We're so glad the condo was a great fit for your family of five and that you were able to take advantage of the trolley into downtown — such a fun and easy way to explore Durango! Comfortable beds and two bathrooms for a family of five makes all the difference, and we're happy those hit the mark. We'd love to welcome you back for another stay!

Convenient Newer Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay for College Orientation weekend. Convenient to town but you would need to drive to downtown Durango restaurants. Comfortable bedding and linenes. The bedrooms back to the major road through town so It is a bit noisy but there is a white noise machine. The living room furniture shown in the photo is different from what is there. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans for cooking but no basic essentials are provided.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 31 jul. 2026
Beth, Thank you so much fo ryour recent review! We are delighted to hear that you found the location convienient to downtown access of restaurants and activites. Thank you so much for mentioning that the bedding and linens were comfortable for you and your guests. We appreciate your feedback that some bedrooms facing the major raod can be noisy at times but we balance that with a provided white noise machine. Thank you for mentioning that some living room furniture has been upgraded since we took photos last time; we strive to provide a property that looks like what is demonstrated so we will update those photos for more accurate representation. Thank you for mentioning that the kitchen was well appointed for all cooking needs and essentials. Your feedback is invaluable and we are honored to call you our guests! We look forward to hosting you again for another memorable stay soon. Kind regards, -Holly
