This 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom luxury condo (Unit 3F) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building's block.
The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality.
The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles.
Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite bath(downstairs)
2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV (downstairs)
3rd Sleeping Area - Bunk Beds (single over single) (downstairs)
The living area and kitchen are on the main level. Bedrooms are located downstairs.
Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

This is a very nice condo and a great location downtown. We also appreciated the protected, secure parking. That was a real perk since we had bikes. We would definitely stay here again.

Great central location, very communicative host. Minor issues (slight improvement of check in process, hallway lighting in condo building very dim), but overall fantastic. Would bring a sound machine if street noise or train whistles will bother you, but we used a fan sound on Spotify. Great Mountain Views from small balcony.

This place was clean and convenient to Main Street. We loved the space…allowed us to hang as a family but still have privacy as well. Great place to stay in Durango

We traveled to Durango for our anniversary. We loved the convenience of the location to be able to walk to most everything. Loved that we had free garage parking! The condo was clean and had all the necessities we needed. The hosts even left us some anniversary gifts! Hosts were very responsive and helpful!I would definitely rent this property again!!

It was perfect to be right downtown and be able to walk to the train, shops, and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was easy, and they were timely with responses. Would definitely stay again.

The vacation rental was spotless.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The Mears house is one block to Main street, and .3 mile to the Animas River Trail and Greenway a great walking path. The condo was very clean. The property was easy to find, and easy to drive in and out of the parking garage. We spent a morning at Purgatory, enjoyed riding the alpine slide, and alpine coaster, also rode the lift to the top of the mountain. (4 ladies in our late 60's). We took a drive to Ouray, "Switzerland of America" along the Million Dollar beautiful. Lastly we spent a beautiful relaxing afternoon at Durango hot springs.

Great spot in Durango
My family had a great stay at this condo! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us and our train loving kids.

Great location and accommodations
If you’re looking to stay within walking distance of shops and restaurants but still be able to ski this location is perfect! Very comfortable our family of three but could easily fit a few more guest.

The unit was exactly as described, clean , fully stocked, nicely decorated and comfortable! We loved that the location was so close to downtown where we walked to dinner and window shopped. It was a perfect stay for 2 couples and we would 100% book this unit again
