Very clean , alot of natural light from windows , nice porch , quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well'equipped for our needs . Tristan was always available to communicate with any questions. It is hard to find pet-friendly homes in OC so would definitely recommend !!!

Our family enjoyed this home! Great location. House came with sheets, towels and a few things you always need (spices, sponges, toilet paper, foil). Also great was the fact that there were a few bikes to take out and ride. We had a really nice stay! Thank you again!

We stayed for 5 nights with our 3 kids. Loved how easy it was to get to the beach and walk to a couple of eateries. The place was immaculate. Tristin was very welcoming and helpful. Our boys loved the kids room with sharks on the ceiling!

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation. It had everything we needed, an amazing porch, so close to the beach and our pup was able to travel with us. The beds were probably some of the most comfortable for a shore house we’ve ever had, and the kids loved their “shark room.”

The Porch was a perfect place for early coffee, reading and relaxing. The place was clean and comfortable.

Great house

Had a great stay here. House was clean, in a great location, and we loved that our pups were welcomed too. Check-in/out process was easy and the owners were friendly and accessible for questions. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again soon!

Great location and super clean!

The apartment was very clean and organized. Many things were provided by the owner such as linens and utensils. Dog friendly and people friendly! Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

Comfortable, clean, pet-friendly place on a quiet street at the north end, but still convenient to everything by foot or bike. Great value - had everything we needed to feel at home for a week. It's not luxurious like some of the newer places, but that's not what we were looking for.

An Ocean City Classic Gem

The house was just what we were looking for ..amazing location, clean and everything functional, all the necessary amenities, and second floor porch for reading with a light morning breeze. Loved this place and can't wait to go back.

The house had everything that was needed- including gate for the dog, great temp control with fans and AC, beach stuff, laundry. Parking was pretty easy and the beach at St. James is bigger than others that connect to boardwalk. Owner was accessible and nice to communicate with.

Very charming property, very clean, cute beachy vibe without being over decorated. Spent a lot of time on the porch and the street was very quiet and peaceful, especially compared to other places we have stayed. Very bikeable and walkable and near quieter less crowded beach areas. Parking and single shared bathroom were tricky but no real problems.

Amazing vacation

Tristin’s place is perfect. 2 blocks from the beach and everything you need in a 3 BR. The access takes you directly to the boardwalk at the North end where some of the best donuts ever are sold. My kids and I enjoyed the perfect week.

Great Beach House in OCNJ North End

This is a classic OCNJ beach house. It's original but has been updated and has all the comforts of a more modern home. Very cozy.

Great stay!

Just a wonderful week! Place was exactly what we hoped for and accommodated our dog perfectly. Less than a five minute walk to the beach! Our two teenagers enjoyed exploring OC on their own and even rode the bikes a few times. Tristin and Tige were very nice and helpful! Highly recommended!
