Shore week

Excellent location, clean, well kept and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, extra amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, spices, etc often not found at rentals at the shore.

Perfect spot!

Great property and space for my family and our dog. Loved the porch off the bedrooms and front porch area to relax. Very close to the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. Easy to communicate with host.

Return to OC for the nostalgia

We moved away to the West Coast, but needed our “Down the Shore” fix. This property is in the perfect location, just far enough from the boardwalk to be quiet, but close enough to walk everywhere!! Great host!

Easter Getaway

My family and I stayed for a long weekend over Easter weekend. The location of the house is exceptional and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Parking was great, and the property offers a garage and drive way. The outdoor spaces on the house are large and perfect for sitting and relaxing with family. The house was accommodating and spacious for our group for the weekend. The owners were very responsive to any issues. The only negatives was that the listing stated that there was a portable crib and high chair available which I wasn’t able to locate but thankfully brought my own. The living room couches were a little dated and worn. The water in the refrigerator wasn’t working, and there was some mold present on the ice and water dispenser but it wasn’t an issue because we used bottled water. Overall we had a fantastic weekend at this property and made great memories! We would gladly return!!

Quiet Christmas Celebration

We rented this house to host a Christmas dinner for family who can’t travel to our location. The location is excellent and the house was very enjoyable for our guests. The kitchen is well stocked and everything worked well. Communication with Bill worked well and we didn’t have any issues. We’d happily return to this house in the future if the opportunity arises.

Golf getaway

Rental was clean and comfortable for us. Close to beach and boardwalk. Plenty of eateries and golf courses nearby. Kitchen contained anything you would need. Host was easy to communicate with. Would stay there again.

Family weekend

My daughter and mother and I stayed with my daughters one year old baby and we had a wonderful time. Kate & Bill were very attentive and helped us out immensely!!! We look forward to returning, and enjoying the boardwalk (that is super close) more!!

Perfect!

This house was prefect. The porches were perfect to sit and people watch and relax with coffee in the morning. The location to the beach was perfect. Everything you could need was available in the house. Communication with the owner was great, very responsive. We will be back!
