This house is in a great location with on a short walk to the beach and pool. We loved the large front porch and screened in back porch to gather as a group to have our morning coffee. Perfect spot for larger families to stay.

Beautiful house!

Wonderful stay. Lovely home. Excellent location. Great for two families and lots of little kids. Would definitely book again!

7 Atlantic Beach Court

Had a great time at this house. Very comfortable for multiple families. Location is great for the beach and the pool. Although the pool was not heated. States it is heated in Fall and Spring. We’re planning to be at the pool.

Thank you for your feedback. We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay! This home does come with access to a seasonal community pool. The description does clarify that the community pool is unheated and only open seasonally, for which we do not have control of the opening dates. Regrettably, at the time of your reservation the pool was not open to the public.

I could not be more disappointed. The money spent and the lack of service and cleanliness was appalling. We booked for 5 days... 1 roll of paper towels, 1 garbage bag in the kitchen trash bin... no others anywhere, no napkins, no placemats, the kitchen cooking equipment... it's Easter not a roasting pan to be had!!We called left messages, emailed... no reply. The outside area was filthy, couldn't even use the porch or back porch. I understand the season... but the stairs, railingings, porch furniture, etc could have had a blower used to mitigate it before we arrived... all the houses around us were not in this condition( pictures if you'd like) Not what I expected for this price!

During your stay, the only issue communicated to our team through VRBO was a request for additional trash bags. We responded through the platform and arranged for extra bags to be dropped off. We did not receive any additional calls, emails, or messages regarding the outdoor areas, kitchen equipment, or other concerns mentioned in this review, so we were not given the opportunity to address those items during your visit. As noted in our rental information, homes are stocked with a starter supply of essentials rather than unlimited replenishment throughout a stay. Specialty cooking items for holiday meals also vary by property and are not guaranteed unless specifically listed in the home details. Regarding the exterior, this is a beach environment during a heavy pollen season, and while our team works hard to prepare homes for arrival, outdoor areas can be affected quickly by coastal conditions and seasonal restrictions. We always welcome respectful, direct communication during a stay so our team has the opportunity to help in real time. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
